Great staff, clean rooms, and super comfortable beds. No frills but SOOO worth it!

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Huge room with comfortable beds and linens.

Communication regarding housekeeping could’ve been better. It’s only upon request and I had called down requesting housekeeping, and they never made it to our room. At least we received fresh towels from the front desk.

Breakfast. I think it’s a new offering so they were not staffed and didn’t have the supplies to make items on the menu.

Convenient, room size, shower.

We have stayed there twice in the same room. First time, kitchen area was dirty. This time cleaner. But no toilet paper and the roll on bar was almost empty but folded in a triangle…thought that was funny. The additional bedding in cabinet appears to have been used and just stuffed back in storage bag. Tissues in tissue box appear to be taken from another and stuffed individually into box…weird. Just some housekeeping issues that could be improved on.

The location was excellant.

I reserved a room at 1:45. I informed them that I would arrive between 3:30 & 4. When I arrived around 4pm, my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk did apologize. I told him I would go get something to eat until my room was ready. He told me to go to the bar area & tell them my food would be on the house (which I appreciated). When I went to the lounge, I ordered food & was told the kitchen was closed. So, I ordered a drink (which was taken care of, which I did appreciate). My room was also upgraded to a suite, (which was very nice). When I went to the desk later, I waited for a while until someone finally came out of the office. I said I wanted a wake up call for 10:30. The next morning, I woke up at 11:30. Needless to say, I felt rushed to check out, & didn't have time to shower. I did some shopping & stopped back at the desk to return the parking pass at 3pm. There was another guest at the desk when I arrived. She had been waiting for someone to show up at the desk also. We waited for a bit until someone came to the desk. I do not want to get any of your employees in hot water, they were very apologetic & friendly. However, for the price of the room, I was expecting a much more positive experience. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I come to State College frequently, as I am an alum of the university. I was looking forward to staying at your hotel, as it was the first visit to your establishment. Unfortunetely, from the poor experience I had, I can honestly say that I will not plan to stay at your hotel again.

fuse blew as soon as I plugged my phone in. and when I showered the pipes rattled and the water filled up halfway up my calves. I called the front desk and it couldn’t be fixed at night. I reminded them when I checked out and the employee said if the manger can credit me back money I will see it in my account.

I would’ve given this property the highest of ratings however, after a 6 Hour Dr. when it came time to check in, my room wasn’t ready. In fact it wasn’t ready for over an hour. It was chaos in the lobby and people are canceling their reservations to go somewhere else. I reached out to Hilton but they couldn’t help me because I booked through booking.com. I put two messages into booking.com about this issue and haven’t yet received A reply. Also disappointing. It’s now been five days. Would sure love to hear from somebody!
