This is a really nice house to accommodate a large group. The pool is very nice and the kitchen area is a great size with 2 tables. The location is also close to any activities.

We stayed here while numerous family members gathered for the holidays. It was a wonderful property for everyone.

The house was a wonderful home base for our stay in Palm Springs with four adults and four children. The home was impeccably clean, with extra touches (decor, supplies). The pool and hot tub were great - we were appreciative for a nice warm pool when the outdoor temperatures weren't super hot. Really comfortable beds, and huge fully equipped kitchen. Location in a nice suburb, though there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the nearby busy street, which we got used to. We are looking forward to staying here again next time we come to the Palm Springs/Indio area.

Perfect size for a large family. 10 of us stayed comfortably without feeling crowded. Pool was clean and propane bbq was great. Stater Bros and Dutch bros were minutes away. Great location and excellent communication with management.

I booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. Mario was quick to approve my reservation request and when I asked if we could check in early to maximize our stay he quickly responded YES!!. He checked in to make sure all was going well during our stay also. The property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and the pool was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials also. Costco and Stater Bros. are less than 5 minutes of a drive. I would definitely recommend this home and if your thinking of booking it DO IT! You will not be dissapointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again. Fifth annual trip to the area for a group of 3 families with small kids. This house has all of the basic amenities you could need, and the backyard/pool set-up is great. Close proximity to grocery stores/Costco/Target is helpful too when shopping for a big group.

The house was perfect for a bigger group. I had my family of 6 (4 kids 5-10), my parents and sister. Everyone had their own bed and space. Pool was perfect for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great house

House is as advertised. Beds are comfortable, house is clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Mario was quick to reply to any questions. I would stay here again..

The house was very large and had a great layout for our group of 8 between two families. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and we swam from morning until night! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans so cooking was easy. The extra touches were great as well - we had a Ms. Pacman tournament, used the outdoor fire pit for smores and used the indoor fireplace in the cool evenings. It was also close to great hiking. We would definitely come back.

My family had so much fun in the pool and jacuzzi. The house lay out is perfect and spacious. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Checking in and out was convenient and simple. Looking forward to booking in the future.

The home is spacious and has a great layout for a big family. The kitchen is big and there’s a walk in pantry with extra space for food storage and a few miscellaneous kitchen tools. There’s plenty of seating at the bar, dinning table and in the breakfast nook area. We used the pool, hot tub, there’s plenty of seating outside and the grill was brand new. It was a great stay!

Great time with family

The house is very nice. Pool cleaner came 3 times while we were there. Didn't do any night swim since there was a no noise policy after 9pm so we stayed indoor. Neighbor smokes weed, we smelled it twice while swimming in the afternoon but we all had a great time, especially the kids.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very spacious and roomy for my family. The pool was perfect & the abundance of pool toys was awesome. Mario was on top of anything we needed and resolved our questions and requests very quickly! We're already planning our next stay here :)

Mario’s home was perfect for our week-long girls getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor space was so great for hanging by the pool, laying in the sun and having meals w friends. His home is also perfectly located next to anything you could need! Mario also was super responsive and helpful w any inquiries that the group had. 10/10 would recommend a stay here!

This is a great place for two families to relax after visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The home is huge with plenty of room for two families of four to spread out. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and the kids loved the bunk and twin rooms. I had a little trouble getting our check in information only because the property manager does not use the VRBO app and his emails went to my junk mail account. Once we sorted that out, everything was fine. The kitchen and furnishings are a bit worn but everything was clean. We would stay again.

I rented the home for my parents and they enjoyed their stay. Very well stoked home with everything you need to cook. Plenty of room if you want to travel with a big group. Mario the manager was very helpful and was reachable whenever we needed something. Definitely recommend.

Our families selected this property mainly because of availability due to the shut down in the state. Our sons are working in the Palm Desert area and we had been looking forward to spending some Christmas time together with them when a property we originally booked canceled- needless to say we were heartbroken at the thought of not being together....until we stumbled upon this home in our search. It was better than we imagined and was THE PERFECT place to shelter in place TOGETHER! Plenty of space for our family of 10 indoors and outside next to the pool. Everyone had their own cozy bed and a seat at the dining room table for an early Christmas dinner. Well appointed kitchen and everything we needed to make a home made prime rib meal (Costco is right around the corner for stocking up to STAY HOME!) Owner was immediately responsive and checked in via email to make sure we were enjoying the home during our stay. This home is accurately represented in the listing and an incredible value at the time of our stay. Very clean, well appointed, centrally located to everything the area has to offer (golf, dining, COACHELLA!). For us however - it was a perfect place to stay and celebrate Christmas at ‘home’ for our family due to the timing of our visit! Highly recommend this home for a family getaway!
