Few of the sea was incredible. It was a very windy week and yet still got to enjoy the ocean. Had a lovely walk with dogs and came back for a coffee and sit and look at the view.

Location right on the beach having to see in eye view, even in the mornings looking up, out of the large wi did in the bedroom. Also close yo.some cliff walks, lovely

The beds were too soft. I live in Seaford and two family members stayed at the property. The bed in the back bedroom was so uncomfortable, the family member who slept there only did so for one of the 3 nights.

brilliant location, lovely house opposite the beach. Clean, warm, comfortable would have been perfect if the TV worked.

Fantastic location, good base to visit different locations along the coast. Very close to the beach and park. Shopping at Morrisons was waking distance too. The accomodation was good and views of the sea were great.

We didn't realise that there were a flight of stairs up to the lounge! Then the expected stairs to the bedroom. Mum found it a struggle but managed. Next time we would book as a couple.

Just about everything. It was expensive so we were hoping for a suitable experience and we did get that.

More attention to little details. Eg there were two bedside lamps but only one wall socket. On both rooms. The TV needed a pin number that took a while to get hold of.

We loved the location by the sea. Close to the supermarket seaford town fish and chip shop. The train station too. The weather was perfect so what could better. Beds were very comfortable too. The house had a very good vibe.

Well, for me black our blinds would be good as I love a dark room.

The seaview was beautiful, the property was clean and tidy and plenty of space for our family.

There was no washing machine which would have been useful but not a major issue and couldn’t find the iron so improvised with straighteners.

Brilliant location, with excellent walking country all around. Easy to park additional car on the promenade road. Modern fairly well equipped kitchen, and super bathroom with a great shower.

Parts of house 'tired' and could do with a lick of paint. Terrace unswept and all windows dirty. TV did not work throughout our stay, and shelves underneath are falling off the wall. Ignition button for the gas cooker rings didn't always work first time resulting in a disconcerting smell of gas (ignition for both ovens is automatic). An instruction book for the gas cooker and very modern microwave would have been useful - the latter defeated the very helpful Tobias who came round quickly when we called him. A larger kettle would be useful, and a better quality cafetiere. Water not plumbed in (or not working) the excellent fridge/freezer, so no ice or iced water.

Such a lovely Homely place to stay right on the seafront !!

Perfect little Beach house. Ideal for our weekend stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The location is excellent, near to the town and beach. The view was fabulous, the house by is well equipped. We appreciated the addition of some Christmas decorations.

Amazing sunset yesterday! Warm, clean, nice kitchen with an amazing double cooker! View is amazing from lounge and one of the upstairs bedrooms. Dog friendly. Lots of life. Big bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. 2 huge double bedrooms. 2 toilets. Quiet neighbourhood. Shops, supermarket, pub, restaurants, all walking distance. Perfect getaway for a short stay.

Being ultra "picky"...Door to the decking was difficult to open and curtain rail finiale kept falling off. Lack of chopping knives. No washing machine which was fine for a weekend. Parking was tricky. Don't attempt the tiny driveway if you have a low car as I scraped my bumper (fine if you have a small car). Apartment next door (converted garage I think) gave me a shock as it's back window is "under the decking" and I came face to face with an occupant when trying to locate my dogs ball. Checkout time 10. Would have preferred 11 at least but understood that to keep the place as clean as they do it takes time.

Location is excellent! Layout is good & kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms comfortable & equal size. Powerful shower! Decking was perfect and well used as the sun shone constantly!

Ideally we needed hand towels (only small bath towels provided), lights on both sides of bed would be useful and it could do with a lick of paint to be honest in some places but it didn’t detract from a lovely weekend retreat!

We came to stay here for the big hike which is 26 miles of hiking around the South Coast for Cancer Research. The house is in such a beautiful location and has exceptionally beautiful views, rooms and decor. Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. I WILL for sure come back!!

Very handy for the lower part of town with a lovely sea view from the front. The fact that this was our second visit said everything.

The parking facilities at the back are a little picknmix and it is not advisable to use the ramp because it hampers the entrance for those in the downstairs flat.

Beautiful property very nice location exceeded my expectations and made my 40th birthday with friends very special.

Check out at 10am was very early - would have liked a slightly later check out for the price we are paying. Cleaner turned up dead on 10 and seeing as tho next check in isn’t until 3, it feels that 11am is a possible check out time as still gives 4 hours for cleaning.

The location is amazing - you are right next to the town for amenities but then you have the sea view and can walk to the sea/cliffs easily. I would come back here again!
