Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in der Ferienwohnung La Priaguea - House Beach zu übernachten, und es war eine absolut herausragende Erfahrung. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt an der prestigeträchtigen Strandpromenade, was bedeutet, dass man buchstäblich mit den Füßen im Wasser steht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend und die romantischen Sonnenuntergänge, die man vom Haus aus genießen kann, sind unvergesslich. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Meer liegt, ist die Atmosphäre überraschend ruhig und entspannt. Das Haus strahlt eine komfortable und elegante Atmosphäre aus, die einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und ist besonders an heißen Sommertagen ein wahrer Segen. Die Küche ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet und übertrifft jede Erwartung. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der kostenpflichtige Parkplatzservice, der jeden Cent wert ist und den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht.

Great location - right on the main walkway to the beach. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly - they met us to deliver the keys, showed us where we could park, made many restaurant recommendations and even made the reservations for us. The apartment was really cute and very clean, and well stocked.

While not a problem for us, it is important to know that this apartment is located up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so if stairs are a problem this isn't the right place for you.

The property had the most amazing views across the water to the Alps and beyond. Listening to waves in bed and watching the dolphins swimming right in front of the property was a bonus. Owners were fantastic and answered any question we had as well as offering great suggestions for restaraunts and activities,. Total 5 star holiday! Thanks Lara and Giacomo.

You could not ask to stay in a better location. It's right next to several great restaurants and just a few minutes from the beach. This place is just a short walk from the trail that leads to San Rocco and various hiking trails. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view. The balcony is small but it's possible to sit on the small chairs provided that fit on the balcony to appreciate the view. The host is very responsive via WhatsApp, speaks great English, and provided several recommendations on things to do and places to eat upon check-in. She also went out of her way to call the ferry company to confirm the ferry schedule for us.

We had a misunderstanding with the host regarding the check-in, which required us to wait nearly an hour to check-in and created a sour start to the stay. I recommend confirming your arrival time on the day of your arrival to prevent this from occurring in the future. I would have given this place a 10 if our check-in was more seamless.
