Everything went just about as expected-except both the loft bed and the couch bed had dirty sheets. We had six people in our party staying there so two needed to use these beds, unfortunately they discovered the state of the sheets right before they were about to sleep so it made for a very uncomfortable first night. We washed the sheets the next day, so things were fine after that. The host was apologetic and did have some new sheets dropped off (but we had already washed the dirty ones). As I said, everything else was perfectly fine. Could use some extra bed pillows and hangers in the closet, but all in all I would stay there again - provided the sheets were clean.

The location of this property was great for our wine country visit. Small town. Nice place to walk. Well furnished and supplied except facial tissues, hangars for the closet and a pizza cutter were not available.

This loft condo was outstanding. Everything we needed and the communication between us and the property was excellent. Will definitely stay again when in this area.

I was in Niles, for work. Everything is close, very WELL cared for property. I just hope the dishwasher was replaced or fixed.

Great spot, walkable to the river or to coffee shops and breweries. Though directions on how to enter the space was very thorough, still a bit confusing with the rental being in a business suite. Super cute on the inside as well.

Although the outside just looks like a office complex, the inside of Unit #1 was beautiful. We loved the look and feel of the condo a lot. The only thing that we would have liked different was that the barn doors on the master bedroom and the barn doors on the 2 bathrooms did not offer as much privacy as we wanted. The look of the barn doors was very nice, but it left a lot of cracks. Other than that, the place was perfect.

This was absolutely perfect for our trip to visit family. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location to visit extended family. We appreciate the cleanliness as we have two little kids. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town. Great restaurant choices close by! Anyone who stays here should try Grabizos!!

Great! Loved it.

Seems like a business on the outside, but inside was incredible. My 11, 9, and 5 yr old loved it! They wanted to stay longer even though it didnt have a pool! They settled right in, up in the loft, with youtube on the smart TVs! When we are in Niles, this is where we are staying everytime.

The unit is very nice and in a great location for my work. The unit is just as advertised. The one thing that could be addressed to make this a total winner is the bed. I found it uncomfortable and noisy.

This was an amazing property. Nestled in Niles. On the river. Beautiful views. Close to everything downtown and a short drive to notre dame. Absolutely charming inside. Details in everything. Will stay again.

This apartment was one of the most comfortable places I've stayed at in a while! It had everything from a full kitchen, huge bathrooms, spacious rooms, and in unit laundry which was one of the favorites since I was traveling out of state and so nice to come home with clean clothes already done! Its located just a couple blocks from shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view of the river from multiple windows. Would highly recommend!

Property was perfect!! Shower was beautiful, bed super comfortable windows throughout entire place with great views of the river.

We loved the design and warmth of the property! The views of the river were great and the location was perfect. We were very comfortable, would stay again for a Norte Dame game, easy to get to from South Bend.

A lovely decorated apartment along the river. Perfect for our goals of rest and reflection. Pans were a bit sparse for cooking but we made due. I learned some interesting issues booking through a management company rather than through a private owner: 1. There are added fees that you otherwise would not incur (“Booking fee” and “processing fee”). 2. They also required a deposit for potential damages which is their right I suppose. But I know as a host on another platform that if I have problems with damages from a guest that I will be helped to recoup the expenses for those damages. I assume Vrbo has the same help for them. So it caused me some stress wondering if they would blame us and charge us for some imperfection that was already there before we arrived. It all worked out and we got the deposit back but I dont think it’s necessary to charge this when the place is not absolutely perfect to start with and there’s no checkin system to record the imperfections as a record upon arrival. I actually loved the place but dont know if I would stay there again because of these money thgs.

Took a few days to get away with a friend. This place was exactly what we needed. A very nicely appointed loft-like space with an extremely comfy king bed and a spa-like shower. Just steps outside the building is a bike trail we took to Notre Dame and back for a nice 20 mile ride. Restaurants are a short walk the other way on the trail. The town is quaint with some interesting shops. Can't think of any way our stay could have been better!
