Front desk staff rude and racist. I moved to a difference hotel .

Very clean and location.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Only two EV chargers working and other chargers had issues.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat and several lights and switches in our room did not work

The pool area was nice and the hotel was clean. Very modern vibe.

Our first room had no door on the bathroom. The second room we were put in had no AC. Just a fan blowing in outside air, me and my kids were sweating within a few minutes. The third room was better, but still had several light fixtures that did not work. Including the bedside lamp, mirror light by sink, and shower light.

it was clean and urban.

it was nice.

everyone was very friendly and inviting.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy, we had a great time during our stay

Rude tried telling them I already paid they charged me Agian now having to wait 5 days to get money back SHOWER HAS NO DOOR AND A MIRROR FACING IT

the power went out and the back up generator went out as well and when you called the staff to see what to do because of the serve thunderstorm and tornado warning that honestly activate big Karrolynn saying where I just gotta deal with a wait it out and hang up the phone. then when the power came back on my tv wasn’t working and I had to call back downstairs and was told their is nothing they can do about it and had to keep calling and was just moved to a different room with no tv as well so for work and business it was horrible.
