My husband, 8 yr old son and I had a wonderful week at the Beach Hills Rd property. The inside was adorable, clean and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the front deck which was great for morning coffee/tea and after dinner drinks. My son especially loved the little sand area in the front of the house and spent quite a bit of time playing there. "Steps to Sea St Beach" is no exaggeration. It was so convenient to be able to walk our stuff down to the beach and the outdoor shower was great for when we got back. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants and activities and Kara was an excellent host that responded pretty much immediately the couple of times we reached out. I'd definitely recommend staying at this property and would stay again myself. It's furnished decorated so warmly that you don't feel like you're staying at a rental, you feel like you're staying at a friend's.

We loved this house. It was cozy and cheerful, and very clean. Some of the older reviews had said there were no bed linens provided, but they were provided when we went, and so we’re bath towels. The house is in a great location. The beach is a short walk away. It’s also walking distance to Sundae School, which is great because they literally had lines of cars in traffic waiting for parking at that place. The house was also only a short drive to other places, like the grocery store, mini golf, etc. The property owner was very responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to other families with kids.

Great activity and dining recommendations from host: locals' favorite ice cream, bakery, and beaches within walking distance. Super clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Bring spices, beach towels, and kitchen towels as needed. Perfect jumping off place for day trips along Cape Code exterior and interior coast lines.

This home was beautiful for the two of us - we had a great stay. Read the property instructions carefully because we didn’t realize that we had to provide our own linens/towels (or use the service listed in the description). Kara was super friendly and accommodating when she realized we didn’t have linens - she offered to split the cost with us, which was so sweet considering it was our fault we were without them in the first place. Great communication and great spot!

My sister and I just enjoyed a week at the beach hill cottage. Its location was perfect for going to the beach , restaurants and shopping. The atmosphere was quaint inside and out. The convenience of the outside shower was so refreshing that our preference was using it all the time instead of inside. Looking forward to another stay next year.

My wife, kids, and I loved staying at this cottage. Proximity to the beach is a dream. Outdoor shower, new grill, new smart tv for the kids’ shows, A/C, couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

We had a wonderful time! Cottage was impeccably clean, cheerfully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Kara was helpful, communicative and provided every detail to make our stay go smoothly. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. Many fun things to do including relaxing! We will absolutely rent here again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time at Kara’s beach house. The listing is exactly as described, it’s about a three minute walk to a great beach, and close to a number of very good restaurants. My family and I are planning to stay there again during our next Cape Cod summer vacation.

Had great communication with Kara from the onset answering any and all questions I may have had about the property. It is the cutest little cottage on the dead end street where we were able to walk to the beach (two sets of stairs need to be climbed down to beach for those with mobility issues FYI) at the end of the dead end within three minutes that made it easy for returning home for lunch or a break from the sun. The house was equipped with everything that you need for a weeks stay and we didn’t even bother using the inside shower as the outside shower was an amazing treat every day after the beach. It kept us from bringing sand into the house. The front porch/table/umbrella is a great place to sit in the morning and read watch or have breakfast. I enjoyed the rocking chair out front with the cushion to be able to sit and read before dinner time when the sun went down. We chose the Dennisport area so that we would be able to go east or west in any direction and be more centralized to different parts of the Cape. My husband and I shared the queen bedroom and my son had the other bedroom with the two twins. I enjoyed having to clothes line out back for wet towels or bathing suits as well as the grill that we used a couple times for lunch. Amazing week, centrally located, great host!! XO

Our stay was perfect. Kara is a great host. She is easy to communicate with and her Cape Cottage felt like home and a wonderful getaway all at once. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.
