The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully done. The entire hotel is very well done and they have a lovely sister beach hotel with access to all beach amenities.

The staff was exceptional. The decor and design are stunning. Access to the beach club was amazing! The breakfast was perfect. We had our 7-year old son with us and it was perfect! We had a fabulous dinner at a local restaurant as recommended by the concierge - Gemeli was a wonderful experience. I would recommend coming back.

I wish they had told us more about the other location, on the beach, before arrival or when we arrived. We learned about it but I would have liked to factor that in to our itinerary.

If you are staying in a hotel in Portofino, you need to book a beach at the Paraggi hotel and this is difficult, since the beach employee (LifeGuard) takes money from the guests and keeps them sun beds up to 4 p. m. every day. I became an eyewitness myself. I had to rent sun beds on a nearby beach. I complained about the behavior of a beach employee. After a while, a hotel employee came running to me on a nearby beach and began to make ridiculous claims and interfere with my rest. His whole speech boiled down to the fact that the beach was not for me from Portofino but for Paraggi-it was disgusting. It is a pity that for 1600 euros a day I could not get a chance to relax on the beach of the hotel and received an aggressive reaction from the staff.

Hotel not responding 5 star rating at all. Hotel on the hill behind the buildings with wall to wall view. I would of rate it maximum 4 stars. There is absolutely no facilities, no restaurants, no bar, no swimming pool, "roof garden" is just small area on 8th floor not decarated with 5 plastic tables and chair.Actually you paying nearly 760 euro to have a room of 30m2 with the bed only and view to the wall. Personnel of the hotel cannot even book a table for dinner or recommend where to go, or to help to arrange to get covid pcr test arrangement. In hotel only 1 pillow per person 9n what not possiable to sleep. Breakfast is super poor.I don't understood for what I pay almost 1k euro. With the same happiness you can book a room with 3 -4star hotel in this area for 150 euro and you will not see difference. Even hotel will be more friendly. Honestly waste of money this hotel.

Perfect location to access everything you need in Portofino. Excellent staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. Lovely hotel with excellent facilities as expected from a boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast too.
