Clean, rooms were nice and decorated.

The pictures online don’t represent the breakfast, I only had one croissant and they ran out of everything else. Only had a selection of mushroom, eggs and beans for the hot breakfast. No shower gel in bedroom and was told they don’t do shower gel but my friend’s room has shower gel. Staff weren’t the friendliest on reception.

Great location for O2 and Greenwich

Bar closed before 10.30pm, only one pillow each, no bottled water in room, noisy corridors.

My room had to be changed 3 times as there was problems in each room, there was a strong smell of sewage throughout the properly and the rooms, the shower was only ever lukewarm, the staff kept telling me I hadn’t paid for my room however I had receipts to prove that which made me frustrated whilst trying to have a relaxing get away, the breakfast is definitely not worth £10 per person my partner had coco pops each morning and I had a bacon sandwich on stale bread, definitely not satisfied, building works going on outside the property at the moment (not hotels fault) the finish on the rooms regarding the wallpaper and caulking around the windows is not what I would expect of a fairly new hotel

the staff didn't appear to have a good understanding of English. only bottled bear being served from the bar. when I was served my meal they brought the main course before my starter. don't ask for a vat receipt, they won't have a clue what you are talking about.

No shower get shampoo conditioner in room had to call reception twice wouldn't bring any to room until they took a pic of the shower with no bits in. Felt like staff thought I was lying. No tea bags required none arrived

Waited half hour to check in, loads in the queue and 3 staff on the desk . Very slow check in and hard to understand why with 3 staff!

The hotel was in a good location - 20 mins walk to the o2, 25 mins to greenwich park. There is also a good bus route at the end of the street. The room was a little cramped but was nicely decorated.

The hotel itself doesn't feel completely finished, the staircase wasn't lit properly (at one point we walked an entire flight in the dark), there was builders dust in corridors and by lifts. It also appeared that the windows didn't close properly, so there was a lot of street noise. When we arrived the staff could not have been more unwelcoming, it felt as if we had inconvenienced them by arriving, They were moaning about the systems, and at one point they did continue a private conversation which was not professional at all. I was asked to pay a £50 charge for any room service etc, this was added to the total of the room, which I was happy with and paid, however when I came to check out I wash charged the room rate again. It took a week for the 'held' money I was charged on arrival to be added back to my account. As a frequent traveler this is absolutely not something I have experienced before.

Room smaller than expected, dusty and dark. Noise from traffic and fighting couple in street meant a broken night's sleep. Sausages at breakfast were wierd

The location was good for our needs

It had only opened 2 weeks ago and the contractors were still on site, and the staff were new and untrained. The bar staff tried to put a bottle of larger in with a glass of wine! There was minimum cleaning, we were told on checkin that our room would not be cleaned for our 7 day stay! Due to COVID. The corridors and public areas were not cleaned until day 6 of our stay!

Easy location for The o2 arena, basic but had everything you need.

Stairways weren’t clean and tidy- they looked as though they’d just had work done and no one had tidied up after. Breakfast was lacking and when asked about if there was more hot food the waitress just kept saying yes but not actually getting any or giving any update on when.

The room was lovely and clean. Very modern with a lovely powerful shower in the bathroom. Reasonable prices at the bar, considering your in London.

The cocktails weren’t the best, I had a pornstar martini and it was made poor (didn’t even look like a pornstar martini to be honest) so I didn’t have another one.
