Good amenities and facilities, comfortable bed.
Good location, just by the train station.
Very helpful host.
WC was private, but outside the room. I didn't see that information before booking.
The room had low sound isolation, I could hear noisy guests at night, and early morning.

Good location, fair price and very clean
Very noisy, the door is very loud so you wake up every time people come in (even with earplugs)

Location was excellent. Near beach, restaurants, train station. Easy access to Central Lisbon. Facilities for preparation of your own meals was very good, nice dining room and outside space to eat.
Bathroom door needs attention also gaps in the floor boards light coming through from the basement.

Just across the street from the train station and few stops away from Carcavelos, Estoril and Cascais.

You can hear people in the other rooms and they can certainly hear you too, so it feels a bit less private then in hotels I would say.

The place is located right across from the train station and close to shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the ocean making it a really convenient base of operations in the Estoril area. The rooms are nice and spacious with AC and plenty of light. The host is welcoming and readily available for any questions you might have during your stay. Great value for money.
