The location is excellent. Fantastic view over the mountains

The pool/Spa is to expensive The selections in the breakfast is limited. There is too much cake compaired to “normal” food.

Everything was great,everybody was kind,nicee wellness,good breakfast.

Toilet next to the reception was a bit dirty..

Sauna was not hot and jakuzzi was cold

Nice 4* hotel next to the ski slopes. Good breakfast, with tasty cakes, Rigoni jam, and bacon/eggs. The room was big enough and the bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel is a chaotic one. We spent a night here (Saturday to Sunday) during the ski season, so the hotel was fully booked. Nonetheless, you do want to take some things for granted in a 4* hotel. Especially sleeping. Our room was right above the bar, which should close at 10 PM. It didn't, and the noise was really unbereable. We went to the reception twice in an hour to ask for an explanation. The receptionist told us, twice, the bar was about to close and they couldn't just throw people out. While I understand that, I also consider it unacceptable. If you wanna keep the bar open, you also got to make it soundproof, or at least do something to reduce the noise in the rooms immediately above. Again, it's a 4* hotel, not a hostel. Finally, after 11 PM, and after a third compliant, the bar closed. We reported the fact during the checkout and were told they'd take note of the issue. Dream on!

Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location overlooking Tarvisio. Lovely large room and bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast. In house restaurant very good and reasonably priced.

Breakfast had no meat or cheese.
