Very comfortable place with perfect location! We particularly appreciated the fireplace - yet safe as being equiped with cold surface - in the evening. Thank you Sarah for your warm welcome! We will definitely coming back next time we visit our friends :-)

A comfortable, clean apartment within a short distance to the town centre and railway station. As we were attending a family wedding it provided all the facilities we needed for our preparation. Our hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, with many personal recommendations for places to eat and to visit.

As the property provided all we needed for our purposes, we can have no criticism.

We found the bed uncomfortable,maybe because we are used to a firm mattress, unable to open windows in bedroom due to secondary glazing making room very warm at night More attention to detail in certain areas regards cleaning, mouldy tiles behind ensuite door, bathscreen and bathtaps in bathroom Freezer is also desperate to be defrosted Being called twice after departure to be asked to remove the bad parts of the recently posted review

cosy decor and the location was great quiet & great for secure parking .

en suite shower was compact, so we showered in the main bathroom over the bath. Bed a little small, when your used to a king size ! but couldn't get bigger beds in the rooms so understand that.A small welcome pack tea bags milk ect would of been great but shops are close by.

A very stylish and bright airy apartment, very nicely organised with a lovely quiet ambience. Phil and Sara were the most congenial of hosts. This must be the best location in Belper, and a good stop off for Derby and for Chatsworth.House.. Would absolutely stay again.

Good parking for the car. Big tv screen. All furniture nice and comfortable. Aldi very convenient 10 minutes walking. Surprisingly good selection of eateries for a modest sized town. Apartment surroundings pleasantly quiet.

Rather busy A6 road through town. Much quieter in the evenings though.

Wow beautiful apartment all home comforts you will need. Great peaceful location ideal for relaxing and recharging. Variety of shops nearby. Phil was great at showing my husband and myself the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble.
