Wake up to the most beautiful sunrise and watch the sunset over the Queen of Hills, all from the luxury of the hotel. The location is perfect and the property gives off a very cozy vibe.

The views were great. The staff was very nice and helpful
The first room assigned to us was a nightmare. the roof started leaking, there was no cold water, only burning hot water, the TV was broken, too loud and a broken screen. The second room was better, but the water was always an issue, sometimes no hot water, sometimes just burning hot water.
The breakfast spread was very disappointing, just like 4 items on the menu.
We booked 2 rooms, and asked them to give us rooms adjacent, they told us the property was fully booked, but the next day, the breakfast was A-La Carte, not a buffet coz only 4 rooms were booked. They changed the room after I asked them about this. Not great customer service.
The way to the hotel is not for amateur drivers, its through very steep and congested streets
After being at the Tree of Life Jaipur, this was not even 20%

The property has the best location, no need to go to a sunset point at all! They also have a library, a wonderful restaurant and the views are great from everywhere. Courteous staff too!

Very good room size with living area and separate private balcony, plus superlative views of the surrounding hills.
Personal and attentive service from all staff. Restaurant carefully located to maximise the distant views. Good choice of food options for both breakfast and dinner, well prepared, presented and tasty dishes.
Peaceful setting, close to Mall road, either a 20 min walk or 5 minute taxi.
Clean rooms and bathroom facilities.
Effective heating in rooms during cold weather.
Comfortable and cosy beds and pillows.

I really had a great stay at Tree Of Life Mussoorie. People, food ,everything around here is superb.
Views from the room and restaurant are amazing and the best of the mussoorie.

We were a group of 12 people & my pet dog. The staff (Hasim, Sunil, Biran, Deeraj & Sunder Chef) tend to all our varying needs in a great manner, whether it be requesting for a south indian breakfast or an authentic pahadi lunch platter or even marshmallows for the bonfire. They were always very forthcoming with advise on what to do or look out for in the market and ensured we had a very hospitable stay. I truly appreciated that they had made very special arrangements for my pet as well; a special bed, bowl & even treats. Not once did I feel like I needed to remind them about what he could eat or couldn't, they confirmed dietary specifications on whatsapp a few days prior to our arrival and ensured everything was ready for him and of course all of us as well.

Amazing view and property!
Got my finger cut while changing clothes because ceiling fans were too low in height in the rooms of the ground floor. Luckily it wasn’t that severe as fan was on speed 3. Not safe for people who are over 5 10’. This is negligence on your their end. Moreover, if the safety of your guests is hampered in any way due to hotels negligence it can be labelled as absolute liability. And they bound to give us compensation for which it wasn’t enough what they offered.

Just the food and the view was nice, rest everything was really really bad, I had spent 34000 bucks for 2 nights 2 rooms, making it about 8000 bucks per room, believe me it was the worst experience. Would never suggest you go to this place, the maximum value for this should be 2500 rupees per night, trust me guys, or find out yourself.
The rooms displayed in the photos are not the same when you enter. They are just fine, the cleaning of rooms was not upto mark, the staff is not trained at all.
Plus there is nothing to do there.

Absolutely nothing!
An absolute scam of a property. The rooms are nothing like in the photos shown. The staff is inefficient to the point of insanity. I CANNOT BELIEVE I PAID SUCH A HIGH ROOM RATE.

Behavior & professionalism of service staff. Property needs too much improvement. There is no lights in the room. It's dark like you are inside the Bar.
