Personalet var service innstilt og vennlige. Takk til han som bar min koffert opp trappene til rommet mitt, og til han som forsøkte å fikse tv på rommet. At det var så sentralt og at det var kjøleskap på rommet.

Det kunne ha vært et dusjforheng på badet, alt ble vått etter at jeg dusjet. Gardinene kunne ha vært lys-tette, både for lyset fra gata og for trekken fra vinduene. At tv ikke fungerte.

A nice small room in a good location. A few minutes walk from the city center. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Fast and stable WIFI.

No elevator despite some of the rooms are at floors 3 to 5.

Staff was very helpful, great location, place was nicely clean.

It must have been an old building but they have clearly made renovations, upgrading floor, bathroom (tiled). The beds were comfortable but unfortunately our twin beds glided apart when reaching for your partner. Very narroe beds but comfortable, nevertheless.. Very central location - excellent.

Beds are comfy but could be wider. The armchairs were hard. Needed an upgrade. Otherwise the room is good enough for lower star rateded places. Parking is EXTREMELY expensive.

the room was very cozy and the bed super comfortable. It’s almost like sleeping in your own bed.

- The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I can't remember having better customer service. - It's perfectly located within the city center. - The kitchenette, although limited, is convenient to have. - In the heart of winter it isn't cold. - It's significantly cheaper than most of the other offers in Trondheim. - The fridge isn't noisy at all.

- There should be better kitchenware for the kitchenette. The lack of a sponge was especially felt, as well as something to peel off vegetables, and a kettle. - There is a single room for the shower and the toilets (not a problem in itself) but since there is no shower curtain, everything in the bathroom gets wet. - It would be nice to have some very basic food items like salt and oil in the kitchenette: buying everything for a short stay feels wasteful. - One of the two heating plates didn't work. - Our window couldn't close completely (not that we were cold in any way so it didn't bear much consequence for us, and we did get offered another room).

Good localization. Pleasant, smiling and very helpful staff. Nice room with everything we needed.
