La limpieza , la calefacción, el agua caliente casi inexistente, etc…….

The location is ok and the room was clean.

The room is pretty small considering it is a 4 star hotel. The bed was smaller than usual and when my partner moved it felt like it was a water mattress. The cleaning lady entered the room with us in it even though the Do not disturb sing was hanging on the door. The water pressure was very poor. Specially in the bidet was non existent. The walls of the room were stained and scratched which again, is quite surprising for a 4 star hotel. The mini fridge wasn't working and when we let reception know they didn't replace it. They charged us 10€ for late check-out. The window doesn't have blinds, just thin curtains so it was really light in the morning. The AC didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Not appreciated that bar/restaurant was not open when advertised open. Not possible to drop off luggage.

I’ll fitting bed linen. lack of cushions or extra pillows. shower lukewarm on first evening and took to long to heat up following morning.

On our arrival the staff were very helpful. The location to the town is great. On entering the hotel it looks like a four star hotel. Very nice looking and grand. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

Our bathroom was tried and the toilet seat needed to be replaced. The soap dispenser was in the wrong place to use in the shower and bidet and you had to be the world's strongest man to operate them. There was only one glass for brushing your teeth and the toiletries were very cheap not what you expect from a four-star hotel. There was no mention of saving the planet on towels and room service. The bed was very comfortable but the sheet didn't fit the mattress and there wasn't a mattress cover. On checking out the member of staff seemed not to be bothered ,She was sitting with her headphones and leather jacket on at the desk. She defiantly was not the friendliest person. We had paid for secured parking at €12.00 a night which was nearby ( not the best place if raining). The doors were open all day and only locked when the staff walk around to close them at night. So wouldn't class it as secure. You can't stop outside the hotel to unload as it's a main road. This hotel should only be a 2 star differently not a four star.

room was under the Resturant and at night the moving of chairs made too much noise.

Wi fi not available in our room. No kettle. Only one pillow each.

the room was fine and comfortable

there was inadequate lighting in the bedroom. it felt very gloomy. the young man on reception was slow and kept sniffing the whole time which was rather unpleasant.
