The apartment was spacious for our family of 4. It was near many great restaurants, 2 subway stations, and a bus station to the Chitose Airport. It was suitable for our 4 days in Sapporo.

The shower rooms had a mildew odor. The keypad instructions did not indicate that if additional digits appear, just press them. When we called for assistance, the verbal and written dialog with whomever we were communicating with on that night did not translate to English very well. Many things in the apartment stated "out of order". The host should state "do not use" so it doesn't appear that the owners do not maintain the unit.

The rooms were very large! The layout exceeded my expectations. We had 8 people and feel like we could have comfortably fit more. It never felt like we didn't have enough room. The location is also a very short walk to Maruyama Koen station to get to Odori/Susukino. Maruyama park was also stunning. Good food options nearby as well.

There was a half eaten sandwich in the refrigerator when we checked in. The futons for the tatami room also seemed kind of dirty (hair, discoloration). Everything else was good though, so no real complaints.

170㎡の広さはとても快適‼　まさにリゾートマンションに泊まった感覚。

สบู่ แชมพูแทบจะไม่มีในขวดในวันที่เข้าไปพัก วันรุ่งขึ้นพนักงานมาเติมให้ก็ยังไม่ครบทั้ง 2 ห้องน้ำ อพาร์ตเมนต์ 3 ห้องนอนแต่มีห้องที่ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ 1 ห้องก็เลยต้องนอนรวมกันหลายคนในห้องที่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่ก็ยังดีที่มีเตียงนอนให้ครบสำหรับทุกคน ซึ่งมันไม่เหมาะสำหรับหน้าร้อน อาจจะต้องตรวจสอบเครื่องอบผ้าว่ายังทำงานปกติหรือไม่

地下鉄駅から近くて便利だったのと、円山公園や北海道神宮もすぐそばで環境も良かったです。 お部屋もとても広くて掃除も行き届いており、トイレとバスルームがそれぞれ２つずつあったので、大人５人子供2人で滞在したので助かりました。 キッチンも広くて使いやすかったです。

ホテルと違ってキッチンが付いている部屋だったので期待していたのですが、キッチンのスポンジが使い古しだったのが残念でした。それと、わりと大人数での滞在客が多いと思うのですが、お皿やグラス類、お箸等の数があまりなく、毎回洗って使わなければならなかったのも残念です。 バスタオルは沢山用意されていたのですが、なぜかバスマットだけがなかったのも少し残念でした。 細かいことを書きましたが、全体的にはとても良い滞在となりました。

Well equipped. Tvs in each rooms . One kid the is 4K 55inches.

The second bathroom where the jacuzzi is shows have mold on the floor . The tatami room has a strong smell and seems encounter similar mold issue.

Good location and great for big group

We are sort of stress over the segregation of the dispose rubbish. Instruction is not clear. The windows are a bit dusty.
