Perfect location and view.

Great location, nice apartment, easy check in and check out, and would recommend going for apartment one with the terrace. Total game changer.

As pointed out by other reviewers, the bed is quite uncomfortable and two single mattresses pushed together instead of a double wasn’t ideal. At the very least the hosts should get a firmer mattress topper to place across both for comfort and support.

Incredible lake view, a few steps from ferry stop “Cadenabbia-Traghetto”, modern renovation. Excellent value for money - half the price of a comparable 3* hotel.

No shower gel soap or shampoo provided, Noise from the busy road, no airco so hot, and (sadly, the problem everywhere in Lake Como) - impossible to relax and enjoy a lakeside walk because of irregular sidewalks and speeding vehicles on the one narrow road

Some important necessities were not provided in good condition such as the kettle that is mouldy inside and the clothing iron which had black stuff on it and it made my clothes black when I used it

This place is amazing because of the Location and the terrace overlooking the como lake (we stayed in appartment 2). This place (Cadenabbia) is very easy to get to from the como city by either boat or affordable bus. No need to even rent a car. The boats from Cadenabbia go to Menaggio, Belaggio and Varena which make for one lovely day to see them all. The terrace overlooking the como lake is completely amazing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a few days at como lake. Also the staff (Marco) who helped us get settled and leave was very easy to deal with and a great communicator.

The beds are not great comfort wise and the kitchen could use some additional stuff (like more than 1 small cutting board) etc. but all in all the place is cozy and very clean.

The location was incredibly convenient - close to Cadenabbia port, Tremezzo port, bus stop, nice cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful. The price was also lower than most other options in the area.

The maximum temperature you can set on the thermostat is 20 °C, which may be enough for most people, but it would be nice if you could set it a bit higher.

Location was absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured. Stunning views of the lake. Accommodation itself was ideal had everything we needed.

Beautiful location, right by Lake Como. Got to the property by ferry from Como, which is very convenient. Property is clean and well maintained. Host is very helpful and informative. Checking in and out was very easy.

Location was great. It was near the ferry stop for travel across the lake and it was near the bus stop for travel along the shore. The apartment was also clean, well maintained, and provided all the necessities. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Since there is no air conditioning, the host provided fans (thank you!), but screens in the windows would have been welcome since we got many mosquito bites during our stay.

Superb! The unit is clean and comfy. Perfect location, the place is just next to everything ( lake, restaurants, grocery, port & bus stop) The owner is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

the view was amazing and the location next to the ferry to Bellagio was perfect.

No air conditioning. it’s was very hot and we could not sleep. In the summer it is humid and hot in Italy, without air conditioning you will be miserable. Also, the beds were very hard and they only provided one pillow on the single beds and they were very soft without any support.

Fantastic location, clean and a perfect base to explore the lake from. Very easy check in/check out and very helpful owner.

Outside space would have made this a 10/10
