The apartment was beautiful and relaxing and a great location in the town, and easy access to local tourist site's

Very clean, could not fault it. Great location. Had every convenience barring a dishwasher.

After a six hour drive and then trying to work out whether or not we would get a parking ticket, being able to make a cup of tea would have been nice, we had to go out and buy essentials like milk and a kitchen roll etc Car parking was a complete mystery at first until we found a list of places in the apartment where we could park I would suggest that the owners send out parking information prior to any arrivals including a map showing where and when parking is available.

Amazing decor, very spacious and comfortable

The TV didn’t work properly as the screen picture broke up. This was disappointing as a solo traveller I would have liked to watch something on TV in the evening. I sent 2 emails to the property owner but didn’t get a response

This apartment is the most beautifully presented place we have ever stayed at. There is so much attention to detail. The place has personality and beautiful artwork. Berwick-upon-Tweed was also a wonderful holiday destination.There is an excellent guided tour from the Tourist Information office every day at 11 a.m. The apartment location in the centre of town was also perfect.

TV reception was variable.

Beautiful interior- perfectly done the bed was super comfie- we slept well on it.

Kitchen drainer dirty- stains on walls and scuffs- dining table had hairs on it- no hand towels in down stairs loo. The iron and ironing board need replaced. We didn't receive the well rated welcome pack- I enquired and came back to a bottle of procesco- peanuts n crisps from ALDI! Lying beside the front door. Poor show and definitely not worth the £20 that's now going to be charged. The parking is a nightmare- only allowed an hour here- 3 hours there- constantly moving our vehicle to avoid a fine- couldn't relax because of this. Check in is also extremely late and the town is busy another headache to find a parking space. Not the best views from the apartment- several boarded up shops- very noisy at night with traffic. The TV doesn't get a good reception- very scrambled- gave up with the lack of viewing channels. There is a small courtyard- extremely dirty- no table & chairs (main residents are pigeons so you wouldn't want to sit outside anyway) not a nice view from the kitchen window puts you off cooking and preparing food. The bath is abit dangerous- very slippy- the plug is in the middle and if your not careful can be VERY uncomfortable if you slide onto it.

Stunning apartment with all you need for a short or in fact long stay in Berwick and in an excellent location for exploring the area, the living room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped , the bath is gorgeous but if your not tall its a bit difficult to get out off , bed is ginormous and comfortable a lovely touch from the owners leaving the prosecco and olives as a welcome gift

minor issues but worth mentioning , squeaky upstairs floorboards / stairs , damn seagulls on the roof all night ( who would have thought that in a coastal town) no dish cloth or pan scrubber

Super clean, beautifully presented, very comfortable, excellent location. A first floor, two-storey apartment. Well furnished, quirky and homely. Excellent base for exploring the area.

It’s in the middle of a seaside town so there will be some noise later on, we quickly got used to the seagulls. Blinds and thick curtains made it surprisingly quiet for the location.

Fantastic decorated apartment in the heart of the town which was very well equipped with everything you could need. Our train was cancelled for our return travel due to the unusual weather. I spoke to the owner direct who offered an extra night free!! What a service from such a genuine person.

Minor point but the interior courtyard access would have been nice.

A Stay at the Clan Young Suite is an unbelievable experience. The location is in centre of town and perfect for all the pubs and restaurants The apartment is furnished in a beautiful style and gives a real sense of the border location. It really is a wonderful indulgent treat. The gorgeous bedroom has a huge comfortable bed and is complimented with the magnificent copper bath in the room, romantic, arty and quirky. We loved the prosecco welcome pack too. We can not recommend “Clan Young Suite” any higher and will definitely be back for another stay. In addition we left a bank card in the apartment, the owners very kindly informed us then following confirmation sent it back the same day, great service, thank you

Minor nit picking was that the heating was not set up for us entering the property, but a quick email to the owners was immediately followed up with a call from Lewis to ensure that we were comfortable.

The flat is like a high end London apartment. The best place we have ever stayed in. We looked forward to returning to the accomodation as much as going out.

An amazing apartment 5 star luxury, comfort and location. The welcome basket nice touch, bed the most comfortable bed every slept in, gorgeous in every way bath, towels and robes, high street on the doorstep, everything we needed.

Great location and handy for exploring local area. Large & spacious apartment. Very clean. Great facilities such as washing machine & dryer. Huge comfy bed. Great bathroom with walk-in shower. Copper bath was large & deep and a treat. Apartment was decorated with a mix of traditional and fun touches. Well presented. Nice welcome package with refreshments and nibbles. Great Chesterfield sofa. Nice to have Netflix too.

Seem to have forgotten to leave toiletries in bathroom, or spare towels as specified in printed information on arrival. No visitor book which would have been nice for tips and recommendations.
