Matt was a great host! Communication was easy and efficient. He also offered extra info for fun activities for the kids. The house was clean, very well stocked and the basement is a God send for kids on a rainy day! We felt at home from the start and had a blast even though it rained ALL day on Saturday.

My children & grandchildren stayed at Whispering Woods for a 3 day snow tubing trip. The owner Matt was the most cordial person to deal with. He answered every question i had so fast I was truly impressed. He and his wife made several suggestions about activites in and around the community that myself and my grandkids might enjoy. The house had every th hing we could possibly need, all the way down to qtips in the bathrooms. Im very OCD and have a cleaning business and i tell you this place met my standards which are pretty high. The downstairs game room was awesome for the kids as well as myself. I haven't played Pack-man in over 40 yrs and it was so much fun. Im not as good at ping pong but still beat the little ones, lol. The Mickey room was a big hit for my grandson who informed me he was not coming home with us but was gonna live there forever with Mickey. Cant say enough about this place and the owners. Hoping to get back in the summer. Matt thanks again for mak im ng th his a wonderful holiday vacation my family will remember long after im gone! Annie

We enjoyed this cozy, warm and welcoming and well appointed home for our family fall getaway. We all enjoyed the game room. We did not want to leave. Matt was quick to respond and communication was A+++.

The whole trip was perfect!

Our family of 11 had a great time at the cabin for our reunion. Everyone loved the game room even the adults. We beat the high scores on Pac-Man and Galaga. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the beach which was not far from cabin. Matt was very helpful.

We had a family reunion for the first time in the Poconos and had a great time. The house was very nice with a great play room downstairs which kept the kids happy and a great beach with a raft and a chance to dig holes.

A previously planned trip was cancelled which left our family looking for a new place to rest, relax, and enjoy some family time on short notice. We were able to find that here and we are so grateful that we could be accommodated with a short turn around time. We cooked and grilled while we were there and the house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the beach, pool, and canoe launch for some fun while having a place for quiet as well. Our kids love the basement and want to return for a movie night. We hope to return again!

Overall great experience & wonderful homeowners

I chose this property particularly for the game room given the uncertainty of the weather conditions and to ensure the kids had plenty of options to keep them busy. It thunderstormed when we arrived and a full day and evening during our stay so I made a good choice as the kids were quite satisfied to stay indoors. This place can easily sleep 3-4 families; so many room and sleeping options! The pool/lake area was a five minute drive and though crowded on Sat since it was the best day of the 4 days we spent here, the crowds were to be expected. Claws and Paws small zoo was only 10 minutes away and we spent only two hours of our trip there since it was so close. Overall a very nice trip!

Loved this house! Super clean with a fantastic game room! Extremely quiet neighborhood, we hardly saw anyone. Matthew was quick to respond to my texts and was very helpful. You won't regret staying here.

Peaceful spot near the lake with enough amenities you almost don’t want to leave the cabin. Matt is a great host and helps you through the complex’s slightly tedious entry requirements. Overall a fantastic stay!

We spent 5 days at the property over the New Year's week. The house was very comfortable, clean and above and beyond fully stocked. The Host was very responsive to all the requests and always available. The community was at a great location and the amenities were perfect. We would love to stay there again.

There was so much to do at the house. We enjoyed playing ping pong, video games, and making popcorn. The fire pit area was very nice as well. The kids also enjoyed the community pools. The owner was very helpful and even text us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We had a great time.

House was very clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. The deck was spacious and shaded. The game room was enjoyed by all ages.

Really wished I rented it out for more day! There was more then what we expected. We didn’t really know where the pool or the lakes were at so we were spent the first days out of the community and when we finally found them we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would of love too. But over all it was really nice. The kids loved the play area downstairs. Like I said I would of love to stay more days.

Welcoming and very nice to work with Matt. He responded quickly. The weather was perfect everyday and we enjoyed all the amenities outside. The rec room amenities were ready if we had been inside on a rainy day. Beach and pool area was just right for the kids!

We had a great time. The house was great, plenty of room both inside and out. The amenities offered everyone plenty to do. The location is close to the beach and pool area.

We said for 3 nights 4 days. We were a group of friends that was 4 families with mostly younger children. The kid ranges was 1-8 years old. First impressions was the house was bigger than it looked online. We never felt cramped even with 8 adults and 6 kids. The bed rooms were great. 3 families took the upstairs bedroom. The master bedroom was big enough for the family to fit a pack and play in for the 1 yr old. Some of the kids stayed in the bunkbed kid room and one set of adults slept in the basement on the sleeper sofa. The house had everything there for you. All we had to bring was food and pick up some firewood. It was nice the kids could play in the basement with all the fun things down there, while the adults just relaxed upstairs. The community the house is in is great as well. There was so much to do. It was chilly when we went so we didn't get to swim, but both the lake and pool areas look great. We did the mini golf and arcade up at the club house one day. There is a little zoo (Claws and Paws) that is a 5 minute drive from the house, which was amazing and the kids LOVED it. Two families went to Kalhari waterpark for the day and it was about a 40 minute drive from the house. The neighborhood was quiet as well, which was nice. Whispering woods held up to the name. Host was great and kept in communication with us. He was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to the trip. They even had a little smores kit welcome gift there when arrived. Overall would go back again.

Enjoyed our stay, the home was clean, cozy. We were close to the pool and beach., passes provided for us. Will definitely stay there again.

Very easy check in process, everything was clean and spotless when we first arrived. Perfect for all ages we had infants to 5 year olds, Fun for the whole family. I will be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway

Matt was an amazing host from start to finish. He was in constant contact if needed and went out of his way to provide area recommendations and make you feel at home. The house was beautifully updated and extremely clean. The house and area amenities were even better than expected. We cant wait to stay at Matt’s house again! Its a must stay!
