It was a great location on way home from Scotland to Manchester to see both Hadrians Wall and the Lakes. Amazing and modern interior, still like new.

Being " just off the motorway " it was fantastic to find such a gem , a convienient stop travelling to Scotland , but with fantastic large rooms, the food in the restaurants was top notch and the staff all great

Rooms very comfortable with high quality fixtures and fittings
This was our second stay … the food didn’t match the quality of first visit. Had to send back my starter as it was so poor, issue was felt with very professionally by restaurants manager.

This is an amazing hotel with great decor and welcoming staff. The food is really good and locally sourced. The library is a nice touch and it would be very difficult to improve on what the Fleece offers its guests. They seem to have thought of everything.
