in general terms it was the worst stay of all my bookings up to now no heat at one of the rooms, no heat at the living room (as we had our baby it was difficult for us) the air condition at the other room was out of order for heat! (the guy of the management of the property gave us at the afternoon of the first day two external heat machines as we could not stay with that temperature inside the property) cleaning services were far below average level as they supposed to clean without even use cleaning tools and without change our towels for all our stay at the house (when we ask for towels they answered that they change them every third day so we manage to acquire ours towels from mykonos) pool was very dirty (not that we were swimming due to weather but again it was an ugly view) no water supply in the morning of second day

The hospitality was fantastic, particularly from Edoardo who was available whenever we contacted him to arrange bookings, transfers etc. would definitely stay again.
