The location of the house is excellent, as are the views from there. No matter if you come into San Sebastian on road GM-1 or GM-2 or the ferry, you can always see the house from many kilometers away, sitting near the top of the hill. At the same time, you just need to climb down some (admittedly steep) stairs, and you're standing in the city center, where all the restaurants and shops are. The beach is also not far from there. The villa is spacious. The many available appliances, from dishwasher through coffee-machine and toaster to washing machine and drier, leave nothing to be desired.

The following are not really a problem in my opinion, as you can see from the near-perfect score I gave in this review, but I'm commenting because they were mentioned in some other reviews: - Yes, the Villa is sitting on top of a hill. You will have to go down some steep stairs to get to the city center or beach. If your goal is to visit the beach multiple times a day, or you have health problems that prevent you from going up and down steep stairs, you're probably better off with a hotel or apartment in the (flat) city center. You'll not get a great view over "almost everything" from there though. - Yes, the parking looks frightening at first. However, while 3 out of the 4 people in our group who tried it were a little frightened when they first saw the ramp leading up to the garage, 0 out of 4 had any problems whatsoever to reverse park on that ramp once they tried. It is wider and thus easier than it looks. Also, after driving around on La Gomera for more than a week, I can tell you that few accommodations will have more comfortable parking - the island is just too mountainous. (Note: We did not park into the garage, we only used the ramp.) - It did get a bit warm in the winter garden during the day, and there is no AC. However, this is on a hill close to the sea, so there is almost always some wind. We just opened the doors/windows on both ends of the house and were back to comfortable temperatures in the winter garden within minutes.

This was the nicest place we've ever been, sure we will be there again. Me and my family love the villa, we had a great view on the harbor and the ocean an San Sebastian. Feels like home 👌

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house is great and the view is wonderful. The pictures and the description of the house are very accurate. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. You don't have to bring too much cloths since the washing machine and the dryer work fine. It's a great place for a big family or a group of friends. I would definitely come back.

Superb views, close to the town and excellent restaurants, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Great big sofas and dining table. It's a super space for families as it's a large house. The house was very clean and well presented. The off street parking was useful. We loved sitting on the small terrace in the evenings and watching the boats come and go in the port.

The location of the house was perfect. We had wonderful views of the whole area. The house is on a very elevated site with steps nearby that will take you right down to the town and the beach.

There were some plumbing issues which meant we couldn't use the dishwasher. We also had a problem with ants. These did not bother us much, but were more of an annoyance.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It's a great place for a family holiday or a group of friends.
