location and was very nice caravan with amazing facilities
no issues at all

The property was nice only down fall was there was no Internet; kids got very bored.
Was too warm inside.

The caravan was like home. It was so clean and smelt amazing.
The fire didn’t work, but the caravan warmed up so quick with the healing.
We struggled with working the shower at first but was okay in the end.

The van was very well equipped and very clean. Situated in a great area. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely come again and recommend Ann's lovely caravan to family and friends.

A clean tidy good sized caravan, located on a lovely peaceful site , situated in between Ingoldmells and Skegness, Ann the host is very friendly let us check in early , Been a lovely couple of days will definitely come again.

We arrived and got shown to the caravan by a lovely gentleman, the host answered straight away when I rang and I got the key code and went in, the caravan was spotless and and was so comfy, thank you for making our stay great.
