Would definitely recommend with pets & if you want to be in a more secluded area. Feels like a little tree house with the beautiful live oaks & marsh. It is very close to others but not attached to any homes. Could use a little TLC only because you can tell they have a lot of visits… walls/paint scuffed up etc. Beds were very comfy. Overall we had a great stay!

Booked a couple of weeks in advance not being completely familiar with this end of the island as we have stayed closer to pier beach/village area in the past. The unit was perfect for our needs and very well stocked with any needed supplies. Compared to MANY vacation rentals in the past, this unit was by far the best stocked with everyday essentials, cookware and utensils, a very large selection of spices/seasonings were available if needed. I packed as I often do with many of these things in tow, but never even had to unpack many of our less used items. Hosts were very easy to communicate with prior to arrival and extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early after my son was dismissed from summer camp he had been attending near by. The Only thing I would advise for this location as well as most others we have stayed in the area is KEEP DOORS CLOSED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WHEN COMING AND GOING AND UNPACKING THE CAR ETC. During the daytime, it can be a little harder for AC to cool down and stay at a comfy temp if curtains and blinds are open, but was comfortably cool at night. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent here again.

This property is a perfect blend of away from the beach/attractions far enough for quiet and privacy and close enough to be in the thick of things with a short drive. The property managers were nice and attentive to any needs, and we left with a very good impression and some great memories!

Grateful to the owners for sharing their retreat! Perfect location for access to SSI golf venues and short drives to beaches and local attractions. Well stocked and impeccably clean kitchen for easy meal prep. Guests will need to access steps both inside and out, if traveling with young children or limited mobility. Hope to return!

Property was very nice and community was quiet. we had an amazing time staying at this property. Property was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Looking for a place to get away and relax on St Simons Island, look no further!! would highly recommend. We will be back!

Very nice stay with comfortable beds. Nice TV's in every room. Well equipped. The only negative is the 18 stairs that you must climb up and down to the house. We knew this up front so no fault to owners.

This condo was attractive and very clean. It had the best-equipped kitchen of any vacation home we’ve rented and the towels and linens were great quality. The photo is a tiny bit misleading—other identical homes (condos?) are very close by—but it was still quiet except when a work crew was building an elevator enclosure at the house next door. Property is midway between the village with many excellent restaurants and the less crowded parks where we liked to walk and bike. The electronic locks worked flawlessly and internet service was good. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine.
Our only real complaint was about lighting and light switches—some wall switches didn’t seem to work and overall the lighting was dim. But the good quality window shades and ceiling fans were a plus.
Thanks, too, for letting us bring our Papillon puppy. There were a lot of stairs to carry him up and down whenever he needed to go out, but he had a great time, too. And stairs are good exercise as long as you don’t have a disability!

Great location, very clean and well appointed. The owners were quick to respond to all inquiries and were very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to our planned stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will definitely be back.

We are SSI visitor veterans and wanted a somewhat peaceful wooded setting.
Funny on Saturday night there was a loud musical concert very close by. Could hear thru the walls. Fortunately they stopped around 11pm. We enjoyed this condo that we named the tree house.

Due to a miscommunication with the owner and cleaning staff, the house had not been made up before our arrival. However, I was able to get in contact with Lisa quickly and she gave us $100 to go to dinner and removed our first night stay cost. We were very impressed with her willingness to work with us on that. Other than that, the house is very nice. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Would recommend.

The location is great. It is near a golf course and marshes. It is vey quiet and peaceful. The property was well stocked with dishes, and daily essentials. Please read the description as the property is a two bedroom with an open loft. The loft has a pullout couch, which cannot be used because it is stained and extremely uncomfortable.

Everything about this rental was perfect for our Anniversary weekend. Friends had to cancel due to Hurricane Ian and family health issues. St Simons Island is so beautiful and relaxing. The trees are huge and amazing just like Old Florida. We will definitely go back❤️

Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The owner made excellent use of the square footage and all of the updates and interior decor helped to create a nice beach cottage vibe. The location was perfect for us to explore St. Simons, Jekyll, Driftwood Beach & Cumberland Island. We would definitely stay here again!

Jodi’s rental was a nice size for our group of 4 adults, 1 small child, and a small dog. We enjoyed riding bikes in the quiet golf community. We also enjoyed the multiple decks where we had several meals and enjoyed the pond and watching the turtles. Jodi was friendly and always quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we had during our stay. No issues other than dealing with an unpleasant neighbor.

Our family had an excellent stay at this house. We were attending a Ministers conference nearby and we loved the location. It was very quiet and a really safe area.
Our two teen daughters stayed in one room and shared a bed and our boys loved staying in the loft while we had the other bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. We slept great! The house is small and cozy and it was very clean. There were a few items left in fridge from someone else but we just left them alone. No big deal for us. We also couldn’t find a spare trash bag but we made do with what we brought.
The bathrooms were a little smaller than expected but the towels were amazing! It was still worth it because of the location of this house. It was always so quiet outside and that was exactly what we were looking for.
Our kids loved watching the turtles each morning and just enjoying being in such a cute little spot.
Thank you and we look forward to staying again.

Thus was our first experience renting a home. By far, this was a great opportunity for us to enjoy some time with our family and our dog. The homeowner Jody made our first experience even more enjoyable. We truly would recommend her home and the location.

Just as advertised. Only issue was that the storm was approaching which caused high winds and caused the trees to hit the house which made it hard to sleep. Landscaping needs some sprucing (ex: palm tree blocked side walk). Wish we didn’t have to end our trip early. Neighbors are friendly. House feels like home. Appreciated the extras in the house for just in case instances. Will definitely stay here again.

St Simons vacation
The house was great. It’s got a cute little pond that has turtles and crabs which the kids loved. It wasn’t far from anything at all. It was the perfect little place. Plenty of space I have 4 kids from 6-13 everyone had their own space. Definitely recommend this place 🤗

Relaxing in the trees!!!
What a wonderful and relaxing stay!! Tucked away from all the hustle but a short drive to beach, activities, and restaurants! Our kids loved the loft area and us adults enjoyed the patios to hang out and talk! The size was very accommodating and the bedding and other furniture was clean and comfy. We had a mishap when checking in with our code…quick text with owner and she has us fixed right up! Met some neighbors and they were very nice and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and visit!!! Close to golf course… which made a great area for me to have my morning run!! Quiet, relaxing, beachy!! Loved it and hope to be back soon!!

Lovely stay!
My sisters, cousins, and I spent a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The space was exactly as described and well-equipped. Good communication from the host with everything we needed to know for a pleasant stay. The location was quiet but easy to get to--perfect combination! The one thing I would note is that parking can be tight. There's only one space assigned, so any additional cars can be a challenge. We'd definitely book this again.

The other couch had candy rappers and open candy hid up under the furniture. The house is listed as a 3bd but it is only a 2bd. Great commute to beach and shopping. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Landlord is a sweetheart.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simons and only wish we could've stayed longer! The home was very clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than expected! We loved the three balconies and beautiful scenery as well! The wine was a nice touch, and very appreciated after the long 5-6 hour drive from Atlanta! I highly recommend this rental!

The condo is a stand alone unit. This made it very quiet, which was wonderful. The decor is perfect and beachy. We had an issue with the AC and the owners were fabulous with their response time and follow up. It was fixed within an hour, which we were very grateful for. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would stay here again without hesitation.
