The location was perfect

entrance way a bit scruffy

the decoration and furnishings were excellent, the kitchen was well equipped. it was clean, comfortable and just what I wanted. The lady who met me was unbelievably helpful and kind.

the blinds didn’t block out the street lights and I could only see one key to unlock the windows but I couldn’t get the key out of the one window which opened so couldn’t open more

No freezer and entrance hall was a poor reflection of what was a high quality appartment.

Location Well presented and eqipped

The amount of noise from the street and the bar downstairs was terrible. Drunks and shouting until gone midnight with thumping music. The sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty with what looked like wine and food stains and the window in that bedroom was also dirty with black dust on the window pane and the Venetian blinds.

Roomy and spacious apartment and plenty of effort gone into making it homely and comfortable. It's a shame that the noise and cleanliness let it down.

We were so impressed with the apartment, attention to detail, comfort and location. The beds are fabulous, so comfortable, and, the kitchen is well equipped. The place was spotless too. We really appreciated the art work in the apartment, as well as the tasteful decor. The sofa is so comfy! We couldn't fault the place. It's obviously a 'labour of love', and the owner has thought about everything and made a truly fabulous 'home from home'. We wished we could have stayed longer, but it was booked out, which is no surprise given it's quality and location. The apartment is within 5 minutes of the beach, and has a distant sea view from one of the bedrooms. There are places to eat and drink right on the doorstep, with a supermarket a stones throw away too, so perfect for both dining out and self catering. Will definitely come again!

The instructions to get into the key box were spot on. However, the key box is quite low down, so a bit tricky for the older person to access. We were very happy that the lovely owner, who had been servicing the apartment, serendipitously opened the door just as we arrived, and opened the key box for us.

Location in a quiet but interesting street .lEasy access for food and restaurants. Very easy on street parking close to flat. Short walk to sea front . Bedrooms comfortable and quiet.

Sofa was low for us older generation. A couple more traditional armchairs would have better for us. Getting traditional channels and real time TV was not easy for us. A few more cups would be appreciated.

On the whole this was an excellent property, comfortable and clean and in a great location. But the bedding on one bed had not been changed (black hairs all over the sheet) and the letting company could not get hold of the owner. Their only suggestion was that we bought fresh bedding and would be reimbursed. Not the best response given the time and where we were.

Brilliant location, great apartment, love the deco!

Sockets and bathroom door lock really stiff. Got locked into bathroom, lock jammed and had to be let out from the other side.

Great location in the town, near plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants.

Sofa was very low & difficult to get up off. It is on the 3rd floor, so no good for people who struggle with too many stairs.

I missed having a radio, also no freezer or freezer compartment in fridge.
