great location, very clean , good view

Due to the fact we don’t have air con on , and the windows open we found it quiet noisy .

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. We had the two bed apartment ( 33) on the top floor. Great sea views. Only two of us but could sleep 4 or 5 quite comfortably.

Located in front of the marina with many restaurants and close to most attractions in the village. Clean room with self-made coffee and fridge it provides more than a 2star hotel. Few matters from the port and the bus terminal to go to any beach. Provides free storage for bags.

The location is perfect, next to the port, walking distance to town and also next to bus terminal. We had a sea view room with a big balcony from where we could see ships and planes arriving to the island

The hotel is located in an excellent location, very close to the city center and only 2 minutes walk for the bus station!

Stayed in the penthouse apartment. Fantastic view of old port with yachts and watching the planes fly by - great spot for people watching and located very well for the old port which is a short walk away (5 mins). All staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Place is kept spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. It was our very first visit to Skiathos Town and will not be our last - looking to book again for next year.

Great room, beds very comfortable. Super view of the water and water front.Very well positioned from the ferry harbor. Close to restaurants, easy walks into the town. Good food everywhere, nice vibe. We will book there again. Great value for money.

Hotel Akti is a fantastic location, views superb. We chose the 2 bedroom apartment, as a friend travelled with us, loved the views and location as we where on the top floor.

We would have liked the double bedroom to be a bit bigger, and the beds a little bit higher and more comfortable, other than that everything else was great, just one comment the shower cubicle could do with updating.

We stayed here twice ,, our ferry skopelos canceled rough seas ,, we thought all we needed clean fresh room comfortable bed Dimitris and rest staff very helpfull ,,

Akti is close to everything and easy to find from the port. Everything you need for a short stay is there for you.

This is our second time staying here and we will certainly stay again! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is just perfect for watching over the harbour and so close to all the amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the Akti.
