This location was great and everything we needed for a long term stay. Alexandria doesn't have many options but this one we felt safe and comfortable. The host provided great communication upon check-in and we only reached out to extend our stay a few times and they were very accommodating to the changes. Stayed from June to end of August. I would stay here again in the future.

We stayed two days for work events. Great area, centrally located to everything. Wonderful environment.

This is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Easy to get to, parking in driveway for multiple cars, has a comfy sofa bed with multiple TVs. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own “spot”.

I rented this house for a two week stay and paid almost $3K. Never dreamt it was falsely advertised. We rented it based on its amenities. The property owners are an arms-length company who rotate cleaning & maintenance crews around to handle the readiness of their units. It’s obvious no one does inspections. The laundry room as depicted is false. It’s actually a separate room detached from the house. The washing machine never ever worked!! Maintenance came out twice and said it needed replacement. The refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser but neither worked. The sliding doors don’t close securely because the handle is broken. The laminate floorboards slide and pose a tripping hazard. The water pressure is weak and we were told the City of Alexandria was being contacted to determine why. It limits ability to wash dishes or bathe simultaneously. There’s remodeling debris left behind the house and in the laundry room. I did insist they remove broken mirrors and screens from the backyard which were a hazard for small children. Additional cleaning of windows and HVAC closet was required. There were constant email streams asking me to purchase extra amenities such as linens, furnishings, etc until I begged them to stop! Little to no supplies of coffee, paper towels, trash bags were provided. It’s located on a very busy roadway with lots of traffic noise too. Overall, I don’t recommend this property unless you seek shelter from the elements for a very few days. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere. I grew weary of the constant maintenance issues.
