If you employed a consultant to visit these locations you would find that they do not conform to yours or there specifications. Items not there which are stated, the room not as stated, Not even a hanger or a hook to hang clothes no storage shower not working toilet flush not working. Too much wrong would take it off your list

we are expecting that RED DOORZ is a great place to stay like what we had experienced in Lipa Batangas. the staff is not courteous in RED DOORZ STA CRUZ they charged us extra bed for 500 withOUT any issuance of receipts. the towels are so old as in like the the bathroom rags. Our reservations is not the room that was given to us because we are late according to the receptionist so they gave it to the walk in customers. sooo bad for us. our experience in RED DOORZ STA CRUZ IS VERY DISGUSTING!!!! very poor service!!!!

The rooom are too small,poor internet connection, when we got there the staff doesn't know the booking ,even thought we book online,and tell us that there is a student reviewer coming ,we don't care duh, just tell us if the room is available or not,when I ask for the internet because of the slow connection she told me again that the there's a lot of users that's why,I ask for a electric kettle and she told me that the student borrow it..a lot of excuses ..it seems that the student are the priority,we don't care noh.we know it a cheap hotel but we deserve a good service

They not return my money. I over paid. This is apartment so don't expect to much. Booking.com send email that i need to pay 1715 pesos but when you got there they ask money more. You still need to pay the taxes or VAT. Expect the unexpected! No trash bin in the room. Not that clean.
