The whole apartment is big comfortable has everything you need, from towels to well equipment kitchen, big terrace just noise from the streeet can be problem but its ok.
Low water pressure on shower in toilet.

We had a really nice stay at Panayia Sea View. Christina is friendly and helpful host, she brought us sweets and honey on arrival. Apartment is near the beach and bus station. There is also a supermarket near. Every room has a air condition which is helpful. Apartment is big and nicely designed.
There is a cleaning service during stay, but for fee, but we got clean sheets and towels.

The apartments were bright, clean, big and cosy. A fantastic location - 5 min walk to a very beautiful sandy beach and very suitable for kids. Around 20 min walk to the center with restaurants and seaside. The host Christina was exceptionally hospitable, welcomed us with some local treats and also brought some sweets the other day.
The only issue may be closeness to the road, but it was absolutely ok for us even to sleep with open windows, but if someone likes silence it may cause inconvenience.

The apartment is part of a new development that sits in its own land area just off the main Kavo Greco road. There is ample parking at the sides and rear of the building.
The apartment itself is nicely designed - you enter into an open plan lounge area that leads to a dining area and then a kitchen off to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped.
A sliding door separates the 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom, all of which are generous and bright.
The AC's work extremely well - infact, we turned off the one in the main bedroom and used the one from the second bedroom to keep us cool at night with the added bonus that any night trips to the bathroom meant we were also cooled!
The location for us was great as it allowed us to access everywhere we needed - there is a wonderful little beach practically opposite and walkable in less than 10 minutes.

Apartment is big, nice and clean. Owner was very nice and helpfull. Just 2 minutes from apartment one of the best Cyprus beaches: busy with locals during weekends, and almost empty on weekdays, with perfectly clean water and sand.

Appartment has a large terrace with a sea view!
You can find anything you need, close to small supermarket. Host Christina brought us wonderful deserts and we had a chance to taste traditional sweats!! Thank you for superior staying!! Our recommendations!
Appartment is on a street and on night you have to get use to a car noise, but not too bad.

We liked the apartment, it's spacious, clean and there's everything you need. There are 2 conditioners, one in the bedroom zone and another one in the living room zone. And there are also a lot of stuff in the kitchen.
The place is very calm, but the building is very close to the noisy road. If you book 2-guests apartment, it's ok, because the door and windows overlook the backyard and you will close them at night for sure because it's hot outside.
The best beaches are 1 min walking. You can go to the Protaras center, it takes near 15 min by foot. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes and many people. Or you can have more "introvert like" vacation and stay somewhere close to the apartment (as we did mostly 😄). Here are also some cafes, very good fish restaurant and a supermarket in 2 min from apartment.

Apartments were big, clean, with all appliances you would need staying away from your home. Air conditioning provided in every room, which is proven necessary on 36+ degrees. Ample space terrace in front of apartment with big table and garden furniture, great for evening coffee or even dinner. Location is great, close to shop open until 23:00, traditional greek restaurant. Close (approximately 300m) to Nissi beach, great for families with small children. Hosts are great and accommodating, helping us with check-in time (as we were group of 3 families coming at different times).
Close to the main road, so be prepared for a bit of noise.
