It is easily accessible to all establishments. Has a lot of nearby eateries and across is a supermarket. I like how the place isn’t noisy at night. Staffs also are also attentive to our needs. They also provide free tap and hot water. It’s safe, spacious, and most especially clean.
Some fixtures were easily broken but it was repaired right away. You can hear people chitchatting or banging doors in the hallway but its good that they provided signs of to keep quiet.

I didn't like the place, I loved it! This is one of the nicest place I've stayed in Dumaguete. The facilities are all good and excellemtly working. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

My family like tha apartment so much Staffs are accommodating, the room is clean and it is near Robinsons Mall Comfy bed. Wifi is strong also. And i also like this cause pets are allowed

We chose this place since we liked thr room last time. This time we got the apartment.
It was a different property in a noisier part of town. Not near the grocery which was a big plus before.
There was a security camera in the house and we werent warned.
There were xoxkroaxhes and beer bottles.
There was a siren that goes off at midnight.

After confirmed booking we were told that the hotel was booked out. Nonetheless we got offered a room in an unfinished new building.
No toilet seat. Shower didn't work. Plumbing defective. Bunk beds we didn't expect. Location in a more remote area of the town with little access to restaurants or groceries.

Wi-Fi is the best, it does not limit to a certain number of device used, compared with other hotels I have booked before it only limit to 1-2 device.
There should have at least additional lock from inside aside from the door knob itself for a more secured stay.

The place is great.Cleanliness ✓ staff ✓ and most of all pet friendly ✓
Just a suggestion , if they can have contacts with some of the drivers for their guests.Just like in our experience we stayed there for just a few hours waiting for our 4am trip.We had to check out @10pm instead of staying there for more hours to relax. It's hard to get a tricycle if it's already late at night. If it's daytime there's no problem.
