Séjour cool dans un chambre de l’hôtel plutôt agréable et spacieuse

Frokost synes jeg burde være inkludert. Matpakke, sto ikke til forventningene. Kalde brødskiver over disk som er vakuum pakket, er ikke veldig fristende.

Hotellet burde hatt en kaffemaskin i lobby for gjester. Halvlunken traktekaffe til 32,- pr kopp synes jeg er lavmål. Dette koster mye mer en det smaker, og burde være ett gratistilbud til gjester.

Utsikten fra vinduet! Sentrumsnært, likevel stille og rolig. Grei frokost, ikke for dyrt. Kaféen i første etasje og takterrassen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Ok rom, men det kunne ha vært mer bilder av f.eks. Trondheim på veggene for å gjøre det hyggeligere og lunere, og vært en bedre stol å sitte i.

The room was comfortable nice ensuite. Due to double glazing there was absolutely no noise even though it was next to the train station. Breakfast and dinner were of a high standard. Bacon was served!

Disappointed there was no kettle in the room. Although when l needed hot water for tea the staff were obliging

When I took out the bed sheets for the cleaning staff I saw a big blood stain on the bedding and sweat stains on the pillows

We had to wait 30 mins for repecrion Staff tø y Come to desk to check in . At 3 pm the room wadnt clean we didnt get offered a breakfast option ?? Also when we came back after dinner it took 25 minutes for the night Staff to let us in.. overall it was a really bad Stay and i am i singer whø travels around norway and need hotels often. And i must be honest i dont think i would ever stay again , unless i am somehøw shown that this isnt the normal way of your Company? I even filmed how Long it took tø get in.

Super clean. As a family, we were very pleased to have two interconnecting rooms.

Breakfast options very limited. It is very close to the station, which is what we wanted as were catching the early train to Bodo, but otherwise it is a bit of a desolate location.

Very good place of the hotel near center, strong wifi and quiet room!!!

If you have room in the back you hear the trains from the station during night but you get used too after a while!!!

The room was filthy. Black hair were spread at the bed sheets and toilet (which was disgusting, not even cleaned for last month, with piss all over it). wall was sprayed with some sticky substance (champagne maybe). I woke up taking out some from my mouth. I reported in the morning all the issues and advised the staff lady to fix situation until we come back from the city in the evening, but guess what? Nothing changed in the room and no one even new about our report! There were still disgusting black hair everywhere! Eventually we got another room which was slightly better (at least not sleeping with hair). Also, the parking service is bollocks, there is no real possibility of leaving the car other the following city rules by the street.

Very convenient for railway station

Windows insulated but was disturbed by reverberation of diesel trains. Room I was allocated was adjacent to external door on floor 3: room door rattled every time anyone entered or left. Access to room was via an external walkway during a snow blizzard. The room didn’t have a remote control for tv, which I reported to reception. Nothing was done. I reported a second time, no spares were available so I was obliged to change rooms. Twice during the stay the electronic room key didn’t work, necessitating a re visit to reception. During the night, despite the door being locked, someone opened the room door and entered my room. All in all not brilliant.

2 minutes walk from train station, with luggage room, and free WiFi.

The hotel was very central, and close to public transportation.

There was no hairdryer or wardrobe in the room.

Simple but clean, quiet & spacious room! Nice stuff, arranging to keep a luggage during the day (and let hang out in the lobby, really enjoyable before a long trip in a night train). Great location, 1 minute of the train station away!

The automatic light in the bathroom take a while to get off, and there was a cold draught (air) also in the bathroom (a bath/shower mat would be an idea on the cold floor!)

It was cheap

You get what you pay for I guess... They had to switch my room after a night because the shower was backed up and flooded into the room. There was no cleaning service to swap out towels or tiddy the room during the days. It's a large open motel empty of people or facilities. It's just sad and lonely really.

Spontaneous booking possible. The location is good, very central. Parking in front of the hotel. Friendly staff.

The beds weren’t that comfortable, mattress very soft.
