I do not have anything like at this apartment.

1. The security should have to improve. The lift from ground floor is direct to your apartment while the lock of the door of the entrance is disabled. Lock for Both of The bedrooms also disabled The 1st night, there was a man called In to our apartment phone in the midnight, and the staircase door kept knocking by someone. We feltl so frighten during sleeping time. I stayed 4 nights there. It was a nightmare for these 4 nights. 2. The bathroom is stuck, the water couldn't flow well. 3. The lift not functioning well. I used to walk to my apartment which located at the top floor. I met a group of people who stayed a floor lower than me, they carried thier heavy luggage all the way up to their apartment. Can you imagine walk and carry heavy luggages to 4 levels???

The apartment is in a great location next to lots of public transport options. It's off to the west side of the main tourist attractions like the Gothic quarter and the Rambla but it's only a pleasant 30 minute stroll or less than 15 minute trip on the metro. It's a spacious flat with good facilities and two bathrooms/toilets is ideal when you're travelling with kids.

There were various maintenance issues with the apartment that we notified the hosts about on the first night and they kept promising that someone would visit to fix them but they never did over 5 days, despite reminders from ourselves. 1) The biggest problem was that the door from the apartment block’s shared lift opened straight into the kitchen area of the whole apartment and we had no way of locking it. We had complete strangers appear in our apartment twice in 5 days, once just after midnight when four young men (who appeared to have been drinking) walked in, and once when we were out - this is a real worry when you have kids with you. 2) The apartment is directly above the famous and incredibly popular Mustafa's Gemüse Kebab shop that stays open until 3am every day and has a queue of people 30m long outside nearly all the time from 8pm onwards. The noise isn’t too bad if you keep the windows closed, but if you open them (or turn on the air conditioning) it sucks smoke and cooking fumes into the flat to the point where the air indoors looks hazy and everything ends up smelling of kebab. 3) There were other minor things such as bedroom door handles that dropped off, blinds that had wooden wedges in to stop them dropping unexpectedly, and sticky/damaged laminate flooring caused by previous visitors.

Cleanliness was not up to expectations and price They have to considerate the number of people coming in the apartment and offer clean and better towels , bedsheets also amenities for the number of guests not only for 1 pers.

We had slight issue with accessing elevator upon arrival, but it was sorted out quickly. It is a great place, at great location with easy access to everything. Highly recommended.

the location is very close to Metro station and airport bus, supermarkets, Pl. espana and MNAC. the unit was spacious. buce sunlight and view.

the staffs were a bit slow response, the shower box drain was not working well. the bed was too thin.

Nice roomy apartment. Comfortable staying with children. Good location!

Some kitchen equipment didn't work! The coffee machine was broken, in a day kettle stopped working as well! In the washing machine cleaning stuff forgot dirty towels.
