Great location

The location was good compared to our plans. And they set proper expectations depending on how long we were staying.

Only improvement would be to provide more towels in the bathroom. One bath towel and wash rag isn't enough for 2 people. And it's customary to have hand towels as well.

This is a big, five bedroom home. I never saw anyone else here for the three days I stayed, although I once heard someone use their own electronic door lock. It is quiet and far nicer than the vast majority of US motels. The online listing gave the choice of a room with an en suite or a shared bathroom. Since I was traveling alone, I chose the "shared bathroom" option, just to try it out. With only one other person in the house, it was never a problem at all. I definitely will stay here again, on my next trip to Phoenix.

A Keurig pod-type individual coffee maker in the shared kitchen would have been fantastic, even instant or tea bags, as would a morning croissant. I am comparing the Comfort House with our "guest house" experiences in several European countries (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal).

dangerous area advertising a kitchen but no stove, nothing to eat with besides some cups so there actually isn’t a kitchen dirty property, hardly got cleaned during the 4 days I was there (hair trimmings in the shower left for days) AC didn’t work in the room no soap or hand towels in the toilets

This would have been perfect place to sleep, when coming from meetings or a day out. The price was perfect, easy access.

unfortunately there was a long term couple staying there who were up all night making loud noise & fighting horribly.

I was very happy with the location in proximity to Phoenix Raceway was there for Championship Weekend and so being less than 10 miles away was a bonus The neighborhood was nice and felt very secure I also liked how easy it was to get in touch with the owners they were very accommodating when we came to town a day earlier and let us go ahead and stay the night before our reservation

My only negative was parking was at a premium as the cud de sac was very crowded with cars parked throughout the block
