I think the price of the condo was the selling point. The balconies were a nice touch to be able to get fresh air while still in the "comfort" of the condo. It is also the first unit next to the parking lot so it was easy to unload and load the car. There were almost enough kitchen items to pretend we had a functioning kitchen. When you step into this condo, you step back in time to when bohemian and faded pastels were in style.

It never seemed to get warm no matter how high we had the thermostat set to. There was couch that was broken in the living room and was very uncomfortable to sit on, and for added esthetics, there was a cigarette burn on one of the cushions. There was a broken step on the main entry way in the condo that you can't avoid no matter how hard you try. The keurig machine didn't work which we found out after buying the pods for it.

It was spacious.

It needed a new couch. The cushions would fall into the bed when you sat on them. The carpet needs cleaning.

Nothing! I am going to call the credit card company to make stop payment. The unit didn’t have air conditioner. Very uncomfortable. Not as was promised.

Location was great. Bike paths were abundant. Great walking area as well

I like the área, there were grocery stores close by. Quiet neighborhood bbq grill outside. The beach was 10 min away

I didn’t like that the towels from the apartment were not washed. They had an odor. The kitchen was very small. There was a tv but no cable to watch any type of tv shows. I would not recommend staying here if you have children. My children were bored since they had nothing to watch all weekend. There is no service there even though they had WIFI it did not work very well. Also on the description is said there were 3 beds in total plus a sofa bed. There were 2 rooms with one bed in each but on the image it showed one bed and single bed in one room which it did not happen. Total one bed in each room and one sofa bed. Two bathrooms. Lastly, the water to take a shower was super cold. The first person to shower will have hot water and the rest will have cold water. Felt like the lake water super cold.

Had no breakfast. Stay met expectations.

No recommendations. The facility is what it is.

WiFi worked fine. Apartment access was well documented in advance of our arrival.

No closet space available - owner had nailed the bedroom closed shut because it was being used for storage of owner's stuff. Consequently, no space to hang clothes. Bed was not made. We made the bed ourselves with one clean sheet found in a closet however it did not fit the bed. Only one wash cloth. Electrical outlets missing on receptacles, lights out. Property management was not responsive to repeated calls for corrective action. Couldn't get out of the parking area on first day of stay (Feb. 5th) because the driveway was not sufficiently plowed. As a result, we had to forfeit a day of planned skiing.

Smart lock with door code, easy parking, great location.

Heater/thermostat seemed to only work in living area and not the bedroom, blinds in the bedroom didn't block the bright porch light right outside.
