LAS PERSONAS QUE LO DIRIGEN LES GUSTA QUEDARSE CON EL DINERO DE LOS DEMÁS NO TIENEN DIGNIDAD NI PALABRA SUSANA (MADRE) Y PATRICIA (HIJA) TUVIMOS UN PROBLEMA EN DICIEMBRE POR ERROR MIA CONTRATÉ DOS RESERVAS LA PRIMERA DE 293 Y COMO VI QUE EN EL MISMO HOTEL HABÍA OTRA HABITACIÓN A UN PRECIO MÁS ASEQUIBLE DE 234 LA CONTRATÉ SIN CANCELAR LA PRIMERA RESERVA PENSANDO QUE NO PENALIZARÍAN AL HOTEL PORQUE ANTES DE NADA LLAMÉ A BOOKING PARA ASEGURARME DE QUE EL HOTEL NO SUFRIERA NINGUNA PENALIZACION YO Y MI MARIDO NOS HOSPEDAMOS AHÍ Y LE DIJIMOS A PATRICIA QUE HICE DOS RESERVAS Y ELLA NOS DIJO QUE NOS DEVOLVERÍA EL DINERO PERO SOLO TARDA 5 DIAS ... BOOKING LES HE ENVIADO EMAILS, MENSAJES PARA QUE ACEPTEN SIN PENALIZACION PARA ELLOS Y ME HAGAN LA DEVOLUCIÓN Y DESDE DICIEMBRE HASTA AHORA 23 DE FEBRERO DE 2024 NOS SIGUEN MINTIENDO DICIENDO SUSANA... AYYY PERDONA MI HIJA HIZO LA TRANSFERENCIA PERO SE HABIA QUEDADO SIN FONDOS O AYY PERDONA QUE VERGUENZA NO CREAIS QUE NO LOS VAMOS A DEVOLVER EL DINERO Y AHORA HAN OPTADO POR NO COGER EL TELEFONO SUSANA TODO EL TIEMPO LO TIENE APAGADO Y YA NO CONTESTA LAS LLAMADAS Y EN EL HOTEL SI LLAMAMOS TAMPOCO LO COGEN.... LA ULTIMA VEZ QUE LLAMAMOS AL HOTEL SE OIA DE FONDO QUE DECIA "CORTA, CORTA".... ESPERO QUE ESTO NO LE PASE A NADIE, NO ENTIENDO PARA QUE TIENEN UN HOTEL SI NO TIENEN FONDOS Y NO ENTIENDO EL POR QUE DICEN QUE NOS VAN A DEVOLVER EL DINERO Y NOS ESTAN MAREANDO TODO EL RATO.... ANTES DE HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE JOTEL CUIDADO NO SON PERSONAS SERIAS

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus und Zimmer, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Straßenrand, Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants etc. ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 1500 Schritte)

Die Betreiberin ist freundlich, aber Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Der volle Übernachtungspreis wurde vorzeitig abgebucht, das Zimmer war bei angekündigter Ankunft um 16 Uhr nicht bereit und an zwei Tagen gab es kein Frühstück. Kostenübernahme für Café wurde aber zugesagt. Insgesamt schwierige Kommunikation.

Todo según las expectativas. Trato muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. Y la ubicación, para nosotros fue perfecta.

No hay nada en concreto que objetar.

The property itself is very well designed and looks lovely . It’s only 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. Breakfast is on time and I was allowed to leave my bag in the hallway as o had a late flight.

Unfortunately there seems to be some issues with the drainage as it smells so seems to come up into the room, the one I stayed in I can't say that for all the rooms. It's a good 10 minutes walk from the placa, and on the edge of the town. I had to empty my own rubbish and take it down then ask for the basics to be replenished there's no service and no reception. So the service isn't there I wouldn't class this as a hotel. Patricia is a lovely person but huge improvements need to be made, not once while at breakfast was I asked if I needed fresh towels, coffee in the room nothing, there’s no service cards to hang on the door and we all know we shouldn’t have to ask in a hotel it’s a service that should be offered and provided. You are given 3 keys to enter and your room which need to be colour coordinated for the room and the front door as they are identical to the eye, so have to keep trying the keys!

Quiet street, easy to park the car. Breakfast is good. Decoration is nice. Air-conditioning.

Check-in (tablet) could be improved.

Really good quality/price ratio. Good and beautiful hotel design overall. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Breakfast starting time should begin earlier, i.e. 08:30.

Nice room, very friendly staff and the included breakfast was great.
