The hotel was just as the pictures presented, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Melat at the reception as well as the supervisor, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was good and near to access the many facilities around the Bole area, also it is close enough to Bole airport.
We were not picked from the airport on arrival although this was a communication breakdown, I had shared my travel itinerary here but they seem not to have gotten it. They however dropped us off during our exit.
The breakfast was always Ethiopian cuisine, I wish they had a choice of the international cuisines.

I stayed here for a month for work and I really enjoyed my time! The room and bathroom was very nice and clean, with a nice view of the city, and great value given the cost. The chef was good and restaurant area was relaxing. And the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to say hi to them in the morning, and after work it started to feel like coming home. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

the property was clean and great location
after my sty for 26 night at the property and I wanted to extend for 6 more days, I was told I had to pay about 20% more by receptionist. they also demand full payment when u check in I was told to pay fore 26days in US $ full payment. the receptionist knows I could have pay with Bir with me caring “Yellow card” which I didn’t know at the time. other than that the place is awesome house keeping is out standing really love the place.

The reception staff are really kind and helpful, my room was immaculately clean, the fittings in the room we're all new and very modern. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Really good value for money hotel - would highly recommend

A new smaller hotel located conveniently in the centre of Addis. The rooms are modern, large, clean and comfortable.The staff are very nice & helpful.The internet works well and rooms have international tv. Breakfast is good relative to the price paid.The restaurant food for dinner was very good and better than other restaurants in the area. Free pick up and drop off to the airport is included in the price.The airport is a 10 minute drive away.All in all very good value for money but with a few things to note
The rooms do not have heating or air conditioning which was a surprise which could be a problem depending when you stay. Nightly temperatures when I stayed were 14C so a bit fresh !

Nice, small and cozy hotel with very welcoming staff who are always ready to help! The best experience I had in Addis in terms of communication with people. Willing to return!
The shuttle didn't arrive to pick me up at the airport (not uncommon to happen in Addis) and breakfast was not ready at scheduled time.

The staff from the front desk to security guard were awesome! free breakfast was tasty
sound of card Reader and door shutting were very loud, can be improved by changing the card reader to sound less with light indicator and by upgrading the quality of the door to soundproof door🤷🏽♂️ Also there should be rules of loudness of the guest after certain hours, so they don’t
disturb another who’s sleep, adding extra toilet paper tissue and towels into the room …

Great location quite abd peaceful and great service. Breakfast can do a little better but overall it was awesome stay for us.
