Clean , peaceful and in a good location had everything you needed

The Annexxe was wonderful. Small but perfectly formed. Very modern inside and beautifully decorated in the most heavenly surroundings. A real special place. Fantastic hosts too!

The annexe was a beautiful home for us for a week, while visiting family in the area. It is completely secluded and private yet still close to Dorking town-center. We often walked through The Nower, which was beautiful to be around. The property & the hosts are exceptional. The flat/living space is small cozy but has everything you need. All brand new appliances. Well kept, & very clean. We worked while our stay, the wifi was good, no issues. I think once the weather is warmer (starting May) it might be even better with using the patio space. We'll definitely be back.

Nothing really. Just need to know that you will be walking approx 15-20 minutes to town center. Coming back is a bit of a uphill (be prepared). Having a car might be useful or if bikes are available for rental that would be a plus :) We really loved the space and the grounds.

The Observatory Annexe provides peaceful and comfortable in a wonderful setting. We particular enjoy the private woodland, and the view over to Ranmore.

The only thought is it would have been good to have a broom.

Our hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and were always on hand should we have needed anything. The property was immaculately clean with great facilities.

Whilst the location was stunning we thought it was a little closer to shops, bars and restaurants reading the description.

Such welcoming hosts, wonderful to take the dog, beautiful area with some nice long walks close by

It was a little small but in the summer it is probably fine because you have the outside space too

Great little property, in a gorgeous location. Close to town but really peaceful home surrounded by nature. Really impressive.
