The roaches, the pubic hair in the bathroom, no plastic bag in the ice bucket, and it was dirty, and needed cups.

NOTHING!

No working ice machine. Tv did not work in my room. Only had one washcloth in room. With two of us in a double queen room. When I asked for a second wash cloth I was told no due to my room only coming with one cloth; they said that perhaps if I paid full price for my room instead of using Priceline and getting a discount I may have gotten a second cloth. Pool was green. When going through the front doors I noticed it was very slick with ice, I informed front desk to put ice melt or warning for the ice. I was told there was no maintenance crew on shift to put ice melt down. The front desk clerk gave me the ice melt to put down as she stayed inside watching me do it. When the following morning came I had a check out of 11:00, I noticed the parking lot was full of snow and ice which would not allow me to be able to leave. When I asked to have a later check out time seeing as how I was unable to leave the front desk told me they don’t do anything to their parking lot and reluctantly allowed me to have a later checkout. At 12:30 I slipped and fell in the parking lot on the way to my car a bystander helped me up. I was stuck in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes before I got unstuck.

There is no housekeeping so you have to ask for fresh towels, trash bags, and even toilet paper. The pool-facing rooms are humid which makes the floor and bedding somewhat damp. There's no one at the desk in the evenings so if you need any assistance, you'll have to wait until morning.

The beds were great

Lobby and halls dark and weren't clean, carpets very worn and dirty, rooms smelled like smoke, first room wasn't clean, so had to move from 2nd floor to 1st and carry all our things down the stairs...

Cheap

Door on. Lobby broke hotel is need of serious repair. Vehicles broken down and with busted windows in the lot swimming pool looked scary to go in. The lights around pool never turned on. Rooms surrounding the pool or trashed

The front desk woman was very nice and courteous. There is a large armoire to use for you belongings if needed, so lots of storage. Basic cable channels. The little decor in room and bathrooms was ok.

The man behind sitting down behind front counter on his phone did not look professional at all. It all looked a bit unorganized in the front desk area and outdated as you walk in. Our room was somewhat dark with the lights on since everything in there was dark colored. Our carpet floor was a bit "sticky" which was unpleasant. I had to sanitize with Lysol spray and wipe down everything with clorox wipes we came into contact as it was not cleaned like it should. Our bathroom had a gaping hole in the ceiling where the heating lamp was at and I felt unsafe because it is located right about the shower area. As for the tiles in there, they were sinking down in the middle from what I'm assuming was the condensation of the steam.

Nothing it was gross!

The floors were so disgusting my kids feet were black. No breakfast. And the rooms were super sketchy.

The staff was very sweet

Didn't get it right at 3pm or 4pm
