Location, size.

No mirrors anywhere to see how you looked for wedding. Very little furniture. No place in 3 bedrooms to open suitcases, to put anything to get clothes out of. No tables or anyplace to put clothes no hangers in closets no place to hang anything up. Very MINIMALIST TYPE ACCOMMODATIONS. No written instructions for turning heat on etc. I would say not accommodating at all. Minimum towels, very rustic place to stay.

On the site it appeared the place was out of the way and well maintained. There was rodent droppings on the counters . The towel in downstairs bathroom was there so long it had wood chips from the wall on it. Zero curtains and it was secluded with a run down property next door. Probably the owners. Stairs were broken . The panoramic outside seating was chipping a child or adult would get splintered on every part if they sat down. WiFi hadn’t been paid so signing in was a message that said they were disconnected. No landline very sketchy also looked like a bear or raccoon got inside the screened porch.

Was not able to find hair dryer and axe, but not a big deal

Cabin in the woods. Brought our own food. Very clean, lots of room. Wonderful screened in porch. TV for the kids when it was raining. door code/ no key. We didn't need to meet a host, we let ourselves in.
