The staff at the front desk made me feel horrible for not being higher up in Marriot points. The room I booked you did not have and he said ohhh you are just a Marriot member, you are not guaranteed what you book sorry. Also, my ac was broken in my room, it was either freezing or if you touched the thermostat the heat would come on.

The mattress was very comfortable. Room was nearly soundproof to hallway & next door noises. Rarely heard anything going on outside of the room. Pleasant surprise. Nice that there is a lounge on site with a happy hour. Wasn't much used during the week. Smart TV that you can sign in to your own streaming services (Netflix, etc.) However, TV is in an awkward location. Hot water for sink & shower nearly instantaneous. Fantastic!
While barn-style sliding doors are popular, they are NOT a good choice for a bathroom door. There is not a complete seal (1-1 1/2" gap) when "closed" therefore everyone is subjected to the toilet bowl symphony occuring within. As well as the escape of offensive odors. Especially since the bathroom fan is very ineffective, can barely tell it is going. Also, would expect a porcelain seat not plastic. Bathroom tissue was also sub par. All this comes off as pennywise and pound foolish.

The food area was always clean, stocked and great selection in hot and cold foods, staff maintained area throughout the breakfast, always plenty of coffee!!!
We also ate an evening meal at the bar area and Kathleen was our server/bartender she was friendly, professional and made the experience a 10 out of 10.

very clean and walking distance to many things. across the street is Sephora, Whole Foods and Nordstrom rack. Hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. Full bar with happy hour in the evenings

I liked that the lobby was airy and there were comfortable spots to have breakfast and linger. The beds were very comfortable. I was given a quiet room at the end of the hall with easy access to exits. I liked the spacious desk - sofa/trundle bed area with ample light.
