THE PLACE WAS DIRTY AND THE STAFF WERE UNHELPFUL AND ANTAGONISING. MOST UNDERWHELMING ACCOMODATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE EXORBITANT RATES ($1500 / NIGHT)

rooms cosy warm and immaculately clean. everything you need is supplied. staff really friendly and helpful.

Very convenient place to attend the trail running race Alpine Challenge. Room was nice and had eveeything we needed.

Very helpful, Comfort somewhay basic but nice.
Like almost all ski accomodations you can not open any outside doors or windows becuse there are no fly wires.
This is actually a must in the summer time (big minus)

The place was poorly managed despite there being too many chefs. I didn't like anything.... terrible location, ignorant staff, dodgy facilities with many things like spa and sauna not working

Location is great
For money you are paying, quality and cleanliness needs to be much better. Facilities are tired and needs quite a bit of work, ceilings are filthy.

location is good, has trolley to transfer luggage. reasonable size room. Dry closet big enough for 2 adults’ gears.

Maybe the tv could have been on a bracket that you could view from bed.

no air conditioning in room. also power outage contributed to loss of fridge and fan (only source of cooling). loss of fridge meant 3 days worth of food ruined and hotel management not interested in any compensation
