The location is perfect. The staff are extremely helpful. Perfectly clean.

It was dated and that’s that’s acceptable for older buildings however well maintained . The reception is cluttered and has animal cages for dogs and cats in it. It also needs to be manned more. Often went in and no one there. Employ someone to fully man it. Although the owner is a very helpful man and is very proud of his hotel it needs updating back into the 21st century

It is our second time coming to Anetis and Zakynthos for our summer holiday, and let me tell you, you will be hard pressed to find a more accomodating, friendly, and entertaining bunch. Last year, we were convinced to book them by the plethora of reviews, which mentioned it was their 2nd or 3rd time booking with them, and I hope this review does the same for others. We booked one of the triple rooms, it was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and so was the additional pullout bed. Spacious bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bedding was changed every 2 days with daily replacement of towels. In addition, we also had a nice seating area outdoors, which we took advantage of in the evenings. Do not be taken aback by the 2 stars of the hotel - their cleanliness and service standards are worth 5 stars. The hotel grounds open right on the beach and are equipped with sunbeds and a beach bar and restaurant, which are very handy. The sunbeds are free to use, but the hotel does ask to spend 10€ at the bar in return for their use, which we were more than happy to do. You can order at the bar or your order can be taken by their handy staff. The area is also equipped with a kids' play area, pool table, outdoor showers, and toilets. The Tsilivi beach is beautiful with fine sand, spacious and shallow waters for quite a war from the shore. In addition, they were so accomodating than when they found out our flight was in the late afternoon they allowed us to use another room free of charge to store our luggage and shower after spending our last day on the beach. We went for a very early morning trip one day, which meant missing out on breakfast, so instead, they prepared sandwhiches and coffee, which we took on the go. So, for a second time, I want to thank Dennis, Maria, Ilias, and the entire Anetis team for making our stay so exceptional at such competitive prices.

Only one minor issue a lift to upper floors would be helpful although the staff were only to willing with your cases.

Family run hotel on the beach. Spacious room with a balcony facing the sea. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large choice and excellent quality for modest prices and above all the service with a smile at all times. For five days we never ate anywhere else.

It’s a hop & skip away from the beach- what more could you ask? Incredible value for money.

The Hotel is not the newest, but the rooms are! Very stylish interior. We liked our balcony with view on the beachbar and the sea. We also enjoyed having breakfast very late. The staff was very friendly and the music in the beachbar was nice. Casual atmosphere everywhere. We had a good stay there and can recommend it.

It was not able to have a shower without flooding the bathroom.
