We liked Netflix, the big coach, the beds and the presence of towels. The flat was also bright and warm.

We were 5 but only 2 double beds and the coach wasn't ideal for the last person to sleep in. We also didn't find any towels to dry our dishes.

I was moved to a different apartment twice before I arrived and the second choice to move to the property was during a call 2 hours before I was due to arrive. the property they moved me to was 2 miles away from the original booking and in an extremely dangerous area of the city. I was a single woman travelling and therefore felt very unsafe.

Good location in the city centre.

The property stated that free parking was available, but it was not. I could only park on the street between 6pm - 8am. Even though I had written in advance that I would arrive for check-in between 4:00pm-5:00pm, I was given the code for the key box, but it wasn't there. The phone number listed on Booking.com did not work, I could only contact the property via messages on the Booking.com app. Fortunately, the operator was online and gave me the contact details of the person who was supposed to insert the key box. The person on the phone apologized and said he would be there in 10-15 minutes. In the end, me and my friends, family and small child did not receive the keys until more than 30 minutes later when we had to stand outside. I guess the operator should choose their employees better.

Location was good, central to the city center

Our property being changed at last minute but not actually being told what number we were at, nobody to meet us and no working telephone contact number. An unwatchable TV, it kept switching itself off. Toilet seat not properly attached to toilet. Stinking wet towel shoved in a wardrobe. Filthy wet bath mats. Not enough clean towels for the 4 guests. We had to wash the stinky wet one we found. This is all a shame because the property is actually quite nice should a wee bit more care be taken before boarding new guests.

Great apartment, very comfortable and well stocked. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, we enjoyed the skylight windows

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the host about parking and had to figure out parking on our own.

All was great, very nice appointment with all needed Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location to explore Aberdeen.

Noisy neighborhood, but after all it is the heart of the city. At night there was too much noise, but the host has nothing to do with that.

Amazing location, great for city centre , beautiful decoration and easy check in. Still a 10/10, as my only complaint was with factors beyond owners control

Construction site next door obviously in breach of working hours. I'd complain to Aberdeen city council, speaking as a construction company owner.
