The host was very nice and was willing to help us with what we wanted for the trip. It's also located a short walk from town, we walked in and out of town every day for meals and activities. There has been lots of effort and time put into the garden and it's a very peaceful place to be. It's kept very clean and is lovely.

Whilst we stayed, some of the other guests were quite loud until very late in the night - unfortunately this did keep us up.

Loved the cabin style apartment. Was very comfy. Enjoyed it very much

It's was a little hard to find. But otherwise everything was good.

Clean

There is a beautiful garden and very friendly owner. If you don‘t have a car - it‘s a 20-min-walk to City Center/reataurants.

There are chicken that start early with their „concert“…;)

The property is private and clean. It is conveniently located. And you are welcomed by the Property owner.

Scenery was very beautiful, pool area was a plus and made our stay even better. The rooms were nice, and the hosts was very helpful with all our needs during the stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to DR.

it’s very noisy with scooters going by and the dogs barking was constant! not to even start on the roosters..😵‍💫

it was a beautiful property, nice and quiet and clean.

The bed for 2 people was a biz small.

We had to change flats because the first one (one bedroom) was terrible. Small, uncomfortable, dark. The second one was bigger but not much better.

One bedroom flat: bad. Two bedroom flat: damp, cold, noisy. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was hardly any hot water. Tin roof, no window panes in living room. A rip-

Victor was very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was spacious.

Very basic facilities, small bed, but the worse thing was the extremely loud party that Victor hosted the evening we arrived, including shouting games and kareoke just in front of our bedroom window. If we had known we would never have stayed there. But we had no warning until a few minutes before it started! Even then he said it was just a dinner party and would finish at 10:30 pm. It actually finished after midnight and we were getting up at 5am to do the Pico Duarte 3 day hike ! So we really didn’t sleep very much ! Victor explained that it only happens once a year ! Well in that case I suggest that he doesn’t rent the rooms that night, or at least issue a “sleepless night” warning 😉
