I liked the room it was spacious and nice
I didn't like the parking situation, it was a bit tough to get out with so many vehicles in a small space, and getting into the garage would scrape the bottom of our vehicle every time we would go in.

Not a 2 bedroom as advertised. Garbage disposal doesn’t work.

it was very clean
it was described as a two bedroom two bed. we got there it was only one bedroom and a damn Mattress up against the wall behind the couch in the living room! no linens for it and wasn’t in the cleanest shape! when you are told two bedroom two bed and pay for that, you should get just that! what we got was not even close. located on very busy street limited parking. don’t bother bringing large vehicle.

The apartment is great and yes we would stay there again. It’s in a great location to everything in LA. (Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studios, LA Zoo, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Ripleys Believe it or Not, tours from Hollywood Boulevard to go to Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica Pier etc ….
Walking distance to Starbucks, great Thai Restaurant across the road and also a convenience/alcohol store.
It advertises that it is a 2 bedroom, but it is only a one bedroom apartment.
However it does have an extra double bed mattress if required.
There is no Kettle which is an essential item - had to use saucepan to boil water for Coffee.
The driveway lane to get to the Apartment, needs to be fixed, as all the road base has broken up with holes. It’s not a nice initial thought when arriving to stay.

nothing, it wasn’t as advertised. it says it’s a 2 bedroom, but it is not. it is a 1 bedroom with a living room. also, on booking.com, the map showed me that the property was in the San Fernando valley of studio city and not in the hills by universal studios.
the parking was horrible. to get into the parking area you have to back in at an angle so you don’t scrape the underbelly of your car which I did several times. the stair case going up to the residence collapsed on us because the stair case is rotting away, and the sheets in the bedroom look like they had not been washed when my female friend used the bed in the “only” bedroom of the residence.

The property was close to to universal studios and it was very clean and we felt safe.
The beds were very uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

Great location lovely apartment if I had wanted a 1 bedroom apartment.
When we arrived after a very long journey we expected 2 bedrooms as described. My husband and I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for 10 nights!! I did message the host by text and tried to ring him the night we arrived but he didn’t answer. I also messaged booking.com about this but no response. Disappointed that this was listed as a 2 bedroom Apartment surely that is a trade description issue.
The host took all the money in one go soon after I booked which again was not what was listed on the booking.com website. Very disappointed that booking.com have misrepresented this apartment. This was also on a main road so quite nosy traffic. The original location when I booked was in a different place but the pictures are of the apartment I stayed in.

They decorate the property to a fancy sweet home. I also like they have the washing machines and the clothes dryer, so I can only bring two to three clothes and use it in my five days trips! The most most important thing is it really really close to Universal studio, its only five minutes drive! I love the Japan and Thailand restaurant just in the corner!
My driving skill isn’t very good enough to park the car in the corner area at the small parking lot! The door lock doesn’t work very well, we take a little bit time to lock the door when we go out!
