Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Es sind genügend Steckdosen zum laden der heutigen Elektronik vorhanden. Kaffee, Tee und ein Wasserkocher sind auch vorhanden.
Die Terrasse, mit Gartenblick, ist ebenfalls groß genug und mit Bambusmatten vom Nachbarn getrennt.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem und lässt sich mit ein paar Handgriffen vom Doppelbett zu 2 Einzelbetten umbauen.
Das Bad ist auch großzügig und die Dusche (mit Warmwasser) ist von der Toilette getrennt.
Das Kacchapa hat auch ein Restaurant, in dem man sehr lecker essen kann.
Die Lage ist ok. Wenn man kein Surfer ist, kann man aber nicht wirklich viel unternehmen. Es gibt 3 Restaurants die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Happy, ein kleines Warung (kurz vor dem Happy) und Lisa's Garden.
Das Personal war super nett und hat mir in jeder Situation mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Besonders Nengah möchte ich hervorheben, der mir viele Tipps gegeben und eine günstige Verbindung nach Lombok (150000 Rupiah) gebucht hat. Taxi und Fähre.
Einen Tag ist das WLAN komplett abgestürzt, was mich persönlich aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat.
Für den Preis sollte ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer sein.
Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker, aber auch sehr teuer.

Geweldig zo n lief personeel. De accomodaties zien er goed uit en alles is schoon een heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee en lekker eten in het restaurant wij hebben ons er goed vermaakt
Enige wat een persoonlijk minpuntje was was het geluid van de golven bij de zee nu hadden wij ook de kamer die het meest dicht lag bij de zee en het is niet zo hard dat je niet kan slapen maar je hoort het wel goed

Everything was fantastic, the only surprise and disappointment was the construction site in the middle of the resort. It was actually very quiet during my stay but still unsightly in the middle of the property. Lolo the manager is superb and all the staff are wonderful. I will definitely stay again, once the construction is complete.

Construction going on and the bamboo gazebo had been pulled down which made it a bit of an eye sore! Stunning location right on the beach, close to many surf spots! You need a scooter or car to get around. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and air con was cold. Food from the restaurant was ok. The staff very accommodating and friendly. The dogs at the property were friendly and playful.
The bamboo outdoor gazebo was pulled down and construction was going on!

great location and facilities and food
there was building works going on which was loud and many men working next to the pool/restaurant and our room. I wasn’t comfortable with this , having a teenage daughter, so after one night we moved accommodation. the staff were good about this and refunded our stay which we appreciated. If the work wasn’t going on it would have been an A1 place to stay.

Property had the best location in town for view of the bay. Beautiful pool right on the water. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our room had cockroaches and ants in the bathroom and behind the bed. Wifi didn’t work in our room and was on and off in the restaurant. Our air conditioner didn’t work properly, waking us up several times during the night spitting water.

The room was awesome and clean and very confortable.
The restaurant: Extremely expensive and very bad food for what it costs. Also very small portions. Go to Lisa's, awesome food, amazing quantity and great price.
They say the breakfast is included but I have been travelling for 5 months now and it's the only place not offering "buffet" and charging you for a single extra slice of bread.
Very friendly staff until you leave.

great spot right on the beach. Room was spacious and though simple, comfortable enough with a big balcony.
This was our second visit (the other a year ago, under different management?) but we were very disappointed this time. we were surprised to be charged an additional fee for our 12 yr old, even though the room booked was the bungalow which sleeps 3. It wasn’t stated clearly anywhere. we weren’t particularly impressed with how it was handled or the service in general. We had to ask multiple times for bed to be made, wifi passwords, breakfast cutlery, and it took an hour for breakfast to come. We are no strangers to Sumbawa or Indonesia’s limitations, but for the price we ended up paying, we did expect more.

- Friday Tecchno-Party, they have to say that, than you can cancel the night
- First day they said, water would be free, at the end we had to pay for each - paid first time during nearly 3 month of travelling through Indo

- Bungalow in a beautiful Setting, but very worn out, no nice lights like in the other rooms

great location for surfing. You are in between Tropical and YoYo’s. The bungalow is spacious with a nice hot shower. The staff is great! They are really friendly. lovely simple breakfast. It’s the perfect mix, we booked another week to stay here! Nice big infinity pool!
