the design, the view from the window , the lights, the size of the beds, the places of the plugs including the USB

The hotel in city like washington should have a water sprayer beside paper toilet because we use it togather, it is like shower hose .it is cheap and important for some people. and there is a slipper should be in the room. Also, more cans of water in the room should be there.

Not enough parking for its guest. Housekeeping was horrible.

Spent the day in DC to see Phillies. This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the ballpark for those who are trying to hit all 30.

The guy at the front desk told me he didn’t think the Eagles were going to win the division. It was all in good fun just a lUdicrous comment.

in booking for registration they deducted money from me and so they withdrew money for one day they took for two nights .!!! After that, I will not make a reservation in this hotel together 360, together with parking, I was charged $ 712

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and our room was never serviced after repeatedly asking and being told it was in the way. Constantly saw cleaners in the hallway but they never stopped by our room. Made our stay pretty uncomfortable. I specifically chose to have the room serviced as well.

Lots of smell of food in the upper levels, I had to call two times to get soap/shampoo, toilet paper and anything that was missing, very impersonal welcoming.

No hot water for showers!! Apple fast charger was stolen from room!

Unhappy stay! Aug 7-8,2023/ asked for 3 keys, got 2, 1 didn't work.. reserved for 3 ppl- only 2 cup, 1 washcloth and shower gel in tub empty/ toilet seat and TP holder both loose/ bath door almost pinched fingers! / staff couldn't answer questions about lights in room/. AND WORST OF ALL THE AC NEVER COOLED ROOM BELOW 74! It was cooler in hallways!! And No One ever came to check or call us back when we complained! Very poor service for such an expensive upscale facility! And sad that staff was overwhelmed, not enough help, for an expected busy night!!!

I like the location and the rooms are specious, beds are good and comfortable.

I tried to extend my stay for a few more days, but they told me that they don't have rooms availabile.once I left the reception desk, I went on booking.com and found rooms are available. The next day, I asked again if rooms were available, and they were still saying no. I used another account and booked more rooms through booking.com. I don't really know what was going on. One explanation is that the room rate was going down day by day ( as shown in my bill) , so if i extended room rate will go down as well. that is why they want me to make new booking with new price or they have system issue.

The hidden rates. When I first got there the girl was not friendly! I booked my room through booking.com tell me why my room total was 850.00!!! I asked her why it went up when it supposed to be only 647ish. She talking about bc I booked through a 3rd party wait what?? What do you mean. So me and her going back and forth and at that time I’m tired and was ready to chill so I got the room. The chick didn’t tell me and my family about our breakfast package, didn’t tell us about the lunch or brunch they have or the lil club beside the hotel oh or about the gym! It’s was so much I don’t even fell like typing all of it. We find out so much of the hotel when we was leaving!! It’s a FU*K for me!! Wasn’t SH*T I liked about the AC!!! It’s a big N O

The location of the hotel was good close to capital hill. The most interesting point was the breakfast that you should try it for sure.

I chose the plan which included breakfast now I see they charged extra for that and it’s been 30 mins that I am still waiting in phone line to talk to them.

Did not try.

Bathroom was unhygienic. Restuarant had loud music like a dance club. Had to look for food outside. Not suitable for families with kids. It was dissapointing.

Great atmosphere! Staff very nice. Roof top bar and lobby bar were enjoyable.

Room was clean but some stains in the shower And some food or dirt on lobby floor

rooms are beautiful. short walk/bike ride from the navy yard, water, stadium and places to eat

expensive parking have to valet. for $500 a night the least they could do islet you put your car in the garage free
