Aesthetically the property is very pleasing.
Only artificial light in bedrooms and no ventilation, thus making them exceedingly hot during the night. Fans would be a great addition.
Limited bits in the kitchen - only 3 champagne flutes, no tea towel, wooden spoons, baking trays or colinder - these are basic bits for a kitchen would make cooking easier for many people.
Stench of pets was overwhelming .

It was amazing and clean very spacious, location great. I would love to stay again when back in Plymouth.
The musty smell which isnt to strong in the bedrooms because of Ventilation. It would be lovely to also have the facility of a fan for the warmer days. It could get warm.

not very clean , bedroom windows open up to a brick wall only one shower which is situated inside one of the bedrooms, when I turnt up they gave us the wrong keys, we put our stuff inside the apartment the keys opened and as we were all leaving another group of people unlocked our apartment and started walking in shouting and screaming , we rang the lady and had to wait for her to drive to us to change the keys , if we would’ve left earlier this group of people could’ve been in our apartment with all our stuff and anything could’ve happened, we missed our reservation with the restraint and lost our deposit for the restaurant because of this, was told I would’ve got a phone call to try and reimburse us yesterday but no phone call made , very disappointed.

Two bedrooms both en-suite and the beds were really comfortable
the bit of black mould in the shower but it can’t be helped when there is no outside ventilation

On site parking though had to pay £10 a day for privilege

Keys not cut accurately so had to wiggle in locks.

Key collection and drop off was required from their office which was a pain. Also late in check in 3:00PM ad early check out 10:30am means u don’t get the most of ur money. Half hour is wasted in dripping n collecting keys. 10 pound extra for car parking whereas the council provides 2 pound for overnight parking. I already paid n then realised it’s cheaper to park on street. Property was basic not luxurious as advertised.

no bedside lights so had to read with very bright top light and then get out of bed to turn off the light. none of the fans in the bathrooms were working. the people upstairs were very noisy on both nights with parties and shouting and throwing cigarette butts out the window into my car.

New apartment, clean and well appointed and obviously just refurbished.
Unfortunately there were a number of issues with
Pureserviced's customer service. Unable to get through on the phone to them until fourth attempt in order to get the key code to their reception, no one on reception for 45 minutes to hand over key, directions to Harmony court were wrong, wrong keys initially given. When we finally arrived at the flat, there was an issue with the boiler which meant no central heating for two hours until a plumber was able to come out to the property. 9 out of 10 for the flat, but 2 out of 10 for customer service I'm afraid.
