Clean , spacious , breakfast included , very comfortable beds

Sparkling clean, spacious, friendly staff, good design, nice gym and coffee/tea in the lobby.

Breakfast is pretty basic and toiletries are a bit hard to squeeze out of the bottles, which are installed in the bathrooms.

Nothing. It was perfect.

24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate

The breakfast could have more healthy choices like skim and/or almond milk, fat free yogurts, boiled eggs, fruit choices, oatmeal etc.

The front desk was very pleasant.

I understand that it was a very busy weekend but i would’ve rathered waited a little longer for a clean room. There is hair everywhere from the shower to the bed to the refrigerator. I went to the lobby to request a change of room or a change of linen but there were no housekeepers or extra rooms so I was given linen to change the bed myself. There was so much hair on the bed linen that i have no choice but to believe those are the same linens from the people that stayed here before me. I did not get a good nights rest because all i could think about is how unsanitary my room was. This is not at all how i envisioned my vacation starting.
