If any request, host should try to accomodate earlier check in. We requested as we have event at MITEC which if host accomodate, we will be more happy & plus point. We just need earlier check in to get ready for event. - Room should have additiional wall mirrow. - To earlier for check out at 11am. Usually for hotel stay around your competitor in the same building Arte will be at 12pm.

I booked my family vacation woth 2 month old son... and totally not a smoker.. but during checkuout they informed me have dirty with cigarette.. totally liar just to take my deposit

This unit take high diposite and after that simple he makes story that we are coustemer make problem that they burn the diposite please be careful ..

Netflix.. but will be wonderful if the TV screen is bigger than current one.

The parking lot can be challenging at first but it is ok once you know the level and spot.

Location is great, but apartment really was way better than i imagined. Terrific facilities, market downstairs, restaurants, and everything a short taxi or grab away Will come back here for sure Oh and the beds were soft! Best sleep

Reasonably clean. However, there were some baby cockroaches running out from the kitchen sink.

Would have preferred, for the bathroom and toilet to be merged. There were multiple miscommunication with regards to payment and instructions for key retrieval was a bit confusing.

If possible please put a mirror in the room and bathroom and also indicate the direction of the Qibla for Muslims (on the top of the ceiling). Thank you..😊

We had a pleasant stay in your apartment and we thank you for it They were very available and helpful. The apartment is very well located, clean and has all the amenities. The view of the city is magnificent as are the gardens and the swimming pool of the residence. At the bottom of the tower, you will find a very practical little store open until 2am, and 500 meters away a large mall where you can shop and eat. I recommend this beautiful place 😍

Location is good because it was close to MITI ( my prime objective)

This arte building is poorly designed and managed. With 3 towers and different lift, a proper signage will save my time and headache. For a very short stay with urgent matters (work) this is the worst place to stay. What makes matters worse is the host is very very bad in giving instruction. On my arrival i spent 1 hour to get into my room. The collection of the key , and the parking process and finding the correct lift with my elderly mom is so so bad. You mention basment parking in ur message but that is not where my designated parking is. U even mention tower 3, but actually my room is at tower 2. Asking the security guard also didnt help as they know nothing, maybe because they couldnt connect the dots!! The most stupid thing is on the last night, host ask me when will i get home, and instruct me to change to a new key that they left in the mail once i get back. Little did i know that stupid new key is only to access lift, not for parking. Of coz i need to park first before changing the stupid key, after park when to the mail to retrieve so called new acces card.Late at night had to go out to but things ,cant even go out from resident parking becuase new access card is denied. Need to retrieve back the old card at the mail . Up and down that stupid massive building. Why the hell you ask me to change the card?? At least explain la cannot acces the residen parking for the new card. U think u know what my activities at night???? U think once i got back on my last night i will never go out again for groceries? Emergencies?? Spending two days here is giving massive headache and i dont feel relax at all! U can give poor instruction to people who already have experience coming to this place before but for a first time u need to think like one before giving instructions. This building sacrifice the functionality of space for a poor exterior design. Parking is poor lit with some corners that are disgustingly narrowed to make a turn. Not safe at all
